First, it was poorly packaged. Then it was missing the pen and had the incorrect charger. When i called asking them to send the correct charger and missing pen, they said they couldn't and could return it. I don't want to return, I just want the missing parts. So I asked for them to refund what it would cost me to buy the missing parts (the HP pen is $60 and the charger is $40) and they offered me $25!! You're kidding right??? I'm waiting for the manager to call back. Meanwhile, I'm waiting to see if the laptop even works as it was horribly packaged and bounced around in the box. Might have to return it anyways.... After all the computers I've purchased from BB over the last few years, this might be the last.

Don't buy refurbished. While the issues were minor, there were several features not working (like speakers!) which should have been caught at the measliest of quality checks.

I bought the HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15 .... My extended warranty expired and after 2 years. The laptop internal camera quit working with most of the apps. No facial recognition for security. HP blamed MS 11. Then the casing bloated and split - as reported many HP laptops including mine and my daughter's second laptop. Obvious design issue. No help from HP... DO NOT BUY HP LAPTOPs.
