Absolutely love best vacuum we have bought yet, very smart empty's on its own. When full goes to the bin and goes right back to where it left off

It works pretty well; the mapping isn’t super accurate, but it gets the majority of apots. It’s been an amazing help with dog hair on the floor - totally worth it for that. It’s very loud, esspecially the emptying - sounds like an airplane taking off!

Labrador dog lovers know how bad our furry friends shed! This robot vacuum is a life and time saver! Cleans up and empties itself all while the dogs and I are sound to sleep.

Absolutely worth it!! I have 2 cats, 1 dog, and 1 rabbit and you could never tell in my two bedroom apartment. The amount of stuff it picks up and is able to reach is impeccable. It unloads itself and will continue to work if filled qhen cleaning. App is so easy to use.

Bought for her parents to keep up with the family dog. It does an excellent job! No more Labrador fur everywhere!

It does ok, I find myself assisting with scooting debris from corners using a broom. Moving furniture etc. it does great for traffic areas .

This is by far the best robot vacuum I've had. In the past some brands I've tried would have trouble docking all the time but this one seems to be working great so far which was my only worry about it with the self unloading. I have two very large dogs and this seems to handle their hair perfectly fine.

I bought this for a family member for Christmas. I have one and I love it. My family member is a little on the lazy side, so the Shark Vacuum is the best gift for them. My family member has the Shark scheduled to vacuum every day and because it is bagless (which, I would highly recommend) all they have to do is empty when it is full. there is a little window that will let you know when it is full. The app is very handy as well. Just follow cleaning instructions.

I cannot live without it! I named it “Principe” because it makes my life so much easier :) I had 3 Roombas before the Shark, and were horrible with my polished floors. They all did a very poor job. My Principe vacuums once a day on schedule does a fantastic job, and has never given me any issues getting trapped or any other problems. This is honestly the best robot ever!

I have had this vacuum a few weeks now, and I must say, I love it. I will say I had to return it within 24 hours because the suction motor got clogged, and Shark customer service was trash, and kept telling me to wipe off the camera. But since the replacement, it has been pretty smooth sailing. The mapping isn’t perfect, but it was pretty close, on the first try. One thing I love is the fact that, since this doesn’t have a bag, it compacts the dust somehow into a single mass. When I dump the dirt bin, there isn’t the cloud of dust that I get when I dump my dyson. The overall vacuuming isn’t 100% perfect. It can’t get corners, and doesn’t get edges very well. I have a down comforter that is constantly spewing feathers. Sometimes, there is the occasional feather left behind. If you are looking for Rosie, from the Jetson’s, this is not it. BUT I would say this is a very handy tool, from someone who hates cleaning.

This thing picks up an impressive amount of debris from the carpet. It rivals a stand up vacuum. The issues are both the battery life, and the evacuation system. I live in a 1000sqft apartment, and only the 2 bedrooms are carpet. It takes almost 50% of the battery to clean. Mind you I have it set on max power. The device automatically docks when it hits 30%battery and has to charge for at least an hour to complete a clean. With the evacuation system, it plugs up too easily and both the receptacle on the vacuum and the tower have to be cleared before you can continue. This vacuum would be better in the $200-$300 price range.

This has by far exceeded my expectations. My kids love seeign what ours has picked up and are excited to tell me everyday that it has ran. Worth it. Shark is an amazing product!

Great machine and it does a superb job cleaning. This is my third robot vacuum and the best so far.

It is Ok I should say. I like everything but it keeps on showing error number 2, which is when there is obstruction underneath. We don't have any kids. It's just two of us and everytime I try to run it, it says the same thing. Also, a little concerned about the battery time. I keeps on dying in the middle, I use it every other day. So, it should be charged fully. I wish I could get a better one. It was expensive $700 is not a joke. I don't know what to expect especially my husbands keeps on saying, its not going to work .

Best purchase I’ve made in a long time! We’ve had it months now and it works like a charm. With 3 cats and 2 dogs, vacuuming had turned into a full time job. This saved the day!
