Great product and very easy to program. We have had this for a year and have zero issues. Worth every penny if you have a pet and children. Having the self emptying option and the capability to map what areas you want cleaned is well worth the cost

Love the full control of map. You can set no go zones and rooms. Its easy to use and set up. Best feature is the name generator on the app.

Got it for my sister and BIL as a housewarming gift. They love it. My sister tells her clients about the vacuum and one had even went straight to the store to get one. I looked at their app and it's impressive how accurate the house map is. The self emptying is great for them since they're busy.

I love it. I’ve divided the house into 4 areas and clean one or two almost every day. The old carpet has become much fluffier. It’s also possible to clean a very small area. It can deal with an occasional dog toy or other obstacle that’s out, even a bath rug left on the floor. It does get confused very rarely, but I just send it out to try again. It does require a lot of space on a bare floor for the dock

Love having her do the in between cleaning. So nice to say clean and comeback later to clean floors

Took a couple tries to map my house right but it worked great. Gets under beds and dressers, cleans great.

Perfect for our home with 3 dogs that shed and 1 cat. We have hardwood floors with an area rug, and this does a great job in keeping up with the pet hair.

These really suck in a good way. I would never go back to a regular vacuum. Time saver and it works well. I run mine everyday.

I'm giving this model a 5-star rating over the immediate past model which I used for about two years before getting this one. A reason for the rating is the new laser technology that allows this model to map the entire home with the least pass I have seen since I started to use robot vacuums. The older version only successfully mapped after hugging to outline the walls perimeters across the entire house. A second reason is that this version has not been running into objects while working. The older version seems to be aware of objects only after running into them. A third reason is that this version works better with the app than did the older version. I'll also just add this last one that it looks better too. Of course there's additional new features on this model too, but the more important ones to me are those above.

I really like this robot vacuum. I had a Roomba (Robbie, lol) way back in the day. Robot vacuums sure have improved. This one is very intuitive and hasn’t gotten stuck on anything yet. I love the debris collector. When Sharkey is full it comes back home, drops a load and is back off to the races. It covers all spaces and I’m very satisfied. My cat is thoroughly intrigued by this thing also! Bonus entertainment value.

Really good vacuum if you can catch it on sale. It does a great job mapping the areas in the house and has options for different fan speeds as well as various cleaning options. The bagless self empty base is an awesome feature that makes cleaning super easy.

The best gift i ever recived. Love how it has a self emptying bag and an option for no zone and spot cleaning. Does its job well. Love I'm able to control from phone

This is my second Shark Robot. It is far better than the previous. It seems to map and clean in a more direct mode, not so random. It cleans up great on my all carpet house.

I was pretty stoked with this vacuum. I bought it to replace the top of the line Roomba J7+ which was awful, and unfortunately this didn't fare much better. My home has a pretty simple floorplan, no clutter on the floor and a shortage of furniture, but this still struggled. First the good: - The self emptying worked almost flawlessly. Rarely, I would see the vacuum not picking up anything and I needed to manually clean out some stuck dog hair, but this only happened twice in the 18 months I had it. - The app is pretty decent as far as IoT things go. Not great, but better than I expected. - The house mapping was pretty good. Also not great - it was easy to see straight walls that it thought were at different depth, and other oddities, but for an intents and purposes, you could see the floorplan of my house. The bad: - It's just a bad cleaner, to start with. All the dust and hair ends up on the edges of my rooms, which this thing never cleaned. It would just zip around from wall to wall, albeit in an organized way. But it spent 99% of it's time cleaning and re-cleaning the same, already pretty clean surfaces. - The room cleaning is awful. The only way to get it to clean the main spaces was to close the door to every other room. Even with a map of the home, it couldn't navigate to a specific area even ONCE. I tried remapping the house a few times, but no luck. - Lastly, every time the power power goes out, this thing would try to find it's dock again, vacuuming all along the way. Then, when the power comes back, it self empties. Alarming noises when you're sound asleep. Honestly, save your money and get a lightweight normal vacuum. You can do more cleaning in 2-3 minutes with a real vacuum that this junk can do in 2-3 hours. Mines in the trash after getting stuck in a place it shouldnt have been. Not even CLOSE to where it was supposed to be cleaning.

My fiancée and I had talked about getting a robot vacuum for a while and jumped on this one when we saw that it was on sale. We have three dogs, so this little vacuum is wonderful for keeping our floor clean. The self empty base and storage is also a great feature that allows us to go for weeks without having to empty it. We can easily use our voice assistant to run it as well as update the floor mapping in the app.

I love my new vacuum, but the app has a lot of bugs that need to be fixed. The mapping works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. The robot has a mind of its own, so I ended up letting her do her own thing. I think getting a cheaper model would give the same cleaning power for less $$. Now my house is clean all the time. No more dog hair!!

This is the best! It follows the mapping and picks up well. I really like that it empties partially through the process and then continues cleaning. It does a great job on my wood floors.

This vacuum does such a good job keeping our carpet clean. We empty the canister every 3-4 days typically and we see just how much the vacuum pulls on a daily basis. It's also very quiet, much quieter than a traditional vacuum and most Roombas as well. Would definitely buy again and I very highly recommend this for anyone who has carpet in their home!
