I love this coffee brewmaster. It's a wonderful multi use machine. I can quickly make a variety of coffees, including classic coffee, iced coffee, coffee au lait and expresso. Who needs to go to a coffee house when you have this wonderful machine. I smile because each time my coffee is perfect and I save money because of all my options. I look forward to my mornings.

I had one before that had a glass caraf that I liked better. The coffee stayed warmer longer. I haven’t used the spinner for a late’ yet. Other than that I like it very much.

We have had Keurigs for years but wanted an easy device where we could use grounds for stronger flavor. With this machine we can do both! I love the fact the machine has a seperate water line as we make tea and hot chocolate occasionally as well. We have been using this for 9 months now and will never go back to a Keurig.

Overall I'm very satisfied with this product especially for the price. Delivery was on time, packaging was fully intact, product was undamaged. Setup was a breeze. Function of the machine is amazing, it heats up and brews coffee real fast compared to a standard Kuerig. Cleaning the is super easy and I love the overall aesthetic look of the Machine. Has such a sleek, clean design. Excellent Product.

Love the taste of the coffee. But does get cold for 2nds in the carafe with no warming plate

This coffee maker is fantastic. I was a little bit skeptical because we have always had a Keurig. Our most recent Keurig was a higher and one with a frother. This one is just so much better, the coffee taste better, and I love that the hot water nozzle is separate from the coffee maker nozzle so when you use hot water to make tea it doesn’t taste like coffee.
