The pod system is fast and flexible. The display is easy to use. I love the hot water feature that comes in really handy for so many things (you can select how much water you want to dispense and choose from Hot or Boiling). The milk frother is easy to use and clean and the measuring spoon fits on the side and is clearly marked with measuring guidelines. So easy!! I like the thermal carafe but note there is no warming plate with the thermal carafe, that seems standard and prevent coffee from getting burned and acidic, plus it saves energy. I have a few other Ninja products and have had no problems with quality or defects. They work well out of the box and are easy to use. I highly recommend this coffee maker. I use it every day, throughout the day.

The coffee stayed warmer longer. I haven’t used the spinner for a late’ yet. Other than that I like it very much.

If you buy this product I recommend buying a metal coffee filter because per instruction even to make a K-cup you need it so you use a lot of filters fast.

Very happy with it so far and excited with all the features and functionality. Instruction book needs more information as it was hard to understand how to switch from the single pod pour to carafe

It can make coffee using grinds or pods, which taste great since you have so much control over the size and strength. But it also makes hot or boiling water.
