Fast for hot water dispensing for tea. Does not have hot plate, but the carafe keeps cofee plenty hot. Love this machine!

Very smart for space saving and makes good coffee ! Pretty easy to use and many versatile options like two places to put the water tank and the frother. So far Im pretty happy!

Love the Hot water mode and built in frother. Only issue is when using the k-cups, make sure you buy a brand/cups that have a flat bottom. Otherwise the 3 needle injectors Wil not line up and explode all over the place.

Only use for black coffee, so cannot say all the options are great, but sure does brew a great pot of coffee.

( There IS a similar model with glass carafe and heated tray. THAT would be a HUGE addition to a great item !

I make black coffee every morning. while in the evening I make flavored hot chocolate using the KCUP or tea. I liked the fact that both the kcup and brewed coffee use the same water reservoir when used. It's a very versatile coffee machine. Ninja basically thought of everything.

This machine easily convert from cups to pots and back again. It saves a lot of counter space compared to having 2 machines sitting there.
