I bought this coffee system to replace my Hamilton Beach FlexBrew with a broken carafe. I adored my Hamilton Beach and was heartbroken when it broke. I’m so glad this Ninja Hot & Cold with the metal carafe was its replacement. I love it and it keeps coffee hot for hours. I use the frothing wand all the time and have used it to make not only half pots of coffee, but also speciality coffees and iced coffee.

I read the other reviews before buying this product. I did not encounter the same issues as other people with water spills, the drip missing the mug etc,. There's a foldable placeholder for the mug (smallest one I used was a 6oz) that brings it closer to the drip so it wouldn't make a mess. I have no complaints using this product. It doesn't take up much space. I especially like how well the frother works. Highly recommended!

This is the best coffee maker I’ve ever had. I wanted something other than keurig but something that would use kcups. It’s perfect!! Works great!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this Ninja coffee maker. A bit about me is I am considered very frugal. I would not have considered spending a small fortune for a coffee maker but quite honestly my old maker just wasn’t cutting it, my coffee flavor simply was not enjoyable. This investment beats daily coffee runs. This maker rekindled my love for at home coffee. It is so convenient too! I appreciate the hot water feature for my afternoon tea. Have not yet used the K-cup attachment but it is nice to have for company. Only minor dissatisfaction is a bit of splashing when brewing into my cup but not too big of a deal

I have liked all the ninja products and this one does not disappoint. We normally use the individual pod choice but it’s nice to have the option to make a pot. I bought a reusable pod that I load with my own coffee so it’s very affordable. Have had no issues. Froths milk very good too.
