Temperature is great. Brand is a trusting brand. Got on black friday great deal. It also was on deal of the day. I would choose to clean with vingear when you have to. Nice to have a water option. Many great features. Love the ninja brand another great gadget for my kitchen.

Underwhelming

Buttttttt i was so sad to learn that (1) the frother is just a manual frother and I have to heat my milk before using the frother. And (2) that this machine doesn’t have a heating plate! Both big bummers! Might return and keep my two machines for now.

Bad Coffee

If you load it up with sweeteners and cream, you'll probably be okay. I tried everything imaginable to get a decent cup of black coffee out of this machine and I found it incapable of doing so. After 6 months of trying, I gave up and bought an SCA certified home coffee machine and a Keurig for the pod people in my house, and I have been satisfied ever since. I like Ninja products. This one looks good, is well made, and has nice features, but it does not make good coffee. All the other stuff doesn't matter if it can't do that.

Nearly perfect!

Also, the black plastic ring that is attached to handle does not detach as far as i have seen, coffe will gather inside and you cannot remove or tighten the plastic so when pouring sometimes get very old and very black coffee seeping from this area.
