No Warming feature

However, it doesn't have a warming feature. The coffee in the carafe only stays warm for a short time. We are returning and getting the other model that has the glass pot and warmer feature.

We're so sorry to hear that you weren't happy with your Thermal carafe model. It doesn't have a warming plate because the heat would be damaging to the thermal carafe over time. We hope you enjoy the glass carafe model!

Great coffee maker, garbage carafe

The thermal carafe is absolutely worthless unless you like cold coffee. I brew 1 cup at a time anyway since it tastes much better but if you intend on brewing pots this is not for you. On sale for $150 was worth it but I would have returned it at full price due to the junk carafe.
