Great coffee maker

We love it and wish we had bought it sooner. It’s quieter and you don’t have to wait for it to heat up which is wonderful.we haven’t tried the frother tool yet but this coffee maker is worth every dollar.

Then we realized that the plate on the bottom wasn't getting warm and even though it's a stainless steel carafe after a while the coffee cools. After checking the user manual for instructions on the warmer plate that clearly stated there was a button for that we could not locate one on the machine. We called customer service who advised us that because it's the machine with the stainless steel thermal carafe it doesn't have a Warming plate. What a freakin cheap rip off. For a high end company with high end appliances this machine sucks I highly recommend you don't buy it
