Not what i hoped it would be

Unfortunately the one i got had an issue of spraying hot water at our face when opening the pod attachment and burned 2 family members I have since returned this item and went with a different product. Also had an issue with lots of grinds ending up in our cup after brewing.

I could live with that. However, cannot brew pods (plastic k-cups from Sam's Club) without getting ALL the grounds brewed into it, And after owning it for about 3 months now it brews grounds into pots of coffee too. Using the correct filters and correct amount of standard coffee so ZERO reason to do this, HATE this pot--BUYER beware!

We use Keurig pods for daily coffee and it brews fast and deliciously strong! And when we use the carafe when we have guests, we were surprised how the coffee was just as rich-tasting, and stayed warm in the metal carafe for hours. I wanted to have 2 options in 1 machine to save on counter space. This was/is the perfect solution!

Carafe Does Not Keep Coffee Hot

I went with this model because of the "wonderful" carafe that would keep the coffee hot for many hours. I only need it to keep it hot for a couple hours and it doesn't even do that so it is useless.
