Total tech package is well worth the money. Purchased this coffee maker (which I love) about a year ago and it stopped working. No questions asked just traded it out for a new one at no cost!

I like it. Saves room from having a regular coffee maker for when we have guests; and makes the lcups for all the other tines. It does drip., so there’s little puddles to wipe up regularly, but all on all does the job.

So far, working like a charm. Much faster brew than a couple of other name brands, great coffee and black tea from pods. Wanted a thermal caraf to keen coffee warm for more than a few minutes.

I use to like Ninja. Had the previous version of this make and loved it. Now only have had since half a year and looking to replace it. The biggest complaint I have it is the pot always spills coffee while pouring it. Second complaint coffee ground as always ending up in the coffee have tried many different types of filters and the only seems to work is if you don't go about 2 scoops of coffee . It is always making a mess.

Well, waste of money! So expensive and 4 months later the pods adapter stopped working. It says to clean but it doesn't even clean. Called ninja support and they will send a coffe base without any adapters. I had to pay shipping for it $21.00. Hopefully that will fix it. For an expensive coffee maker I shouldn't be having any issues with it within 4 months. I paid over $200.

This is the best coffee pot I’ve ever owned. I swear the k cups come out better than the kuerig. I still haven’t tried the iced coffee but my wife says they are the best

Worked well for a year and a half, already died on me. Keeps shorting out when it starts to brew. Now out of warranty.

It doesn’t keep the pot hot. There in no heating element

I have used a ninja coffee maker for years and it started to go kaput. I bought two of these and returned both of them. I am a dark roast drinker and richness of flavor is important to me. I thought maybe the first one was just a bad model as it also wouldn’t brew a full pot. The second one also didn’t seem to brew a full pot and I couldn’t get a rich flavor like I did from my old one. Both went back to BB. I wouldn’t recommend this one. It had every feature I was looking for so I was sad.

This is a great coffee machice. The only issue i had was there’s no hot plate. Although you should know that a steel carafe don’t work with hot plates.

Not great, worked great out of the box but after using it for about 1 months, it starts spitting coffee out.

Great machine to start, 1 year later electrical short in push button? Starts brew cycle for a few seconds then stops and resets back without completing brewing.

I'm glad I bought the replacemnt protection. After 4 months this device started flickering and turning off/restarting when attempting to make coffee. Was able to replace instore.

coffee won't stay hot in pot. won't take reusable pods. won't heat your milk. it's a waste of money.

An excellent product. We replaced a Cuisinart which was more than the cost of the Ninja. It was poorly made, It leaked excessively.

It doesn't brew the ounces you set it for. It is either less or overflows your cup. If you put the correct amount of water in, it will tell you to add more. Its not worth the hassel.

Terrible -__- after the first week of use it bubbles coffee grinds up everyday now. And not just a few grinds but all of them. Even doing it with the coffee pod attachment. I’ve always used Ninja and this is the first one I was disappointed with…

This Ninja Dualbrew system is the perfect solution to having one machine that can make a large carafe of coffee/tea or just a single serving. It easily converts in seconds from a standard coffee maker brewing a carafe through grounds, to a single serve K-cup machine. It also has an ingenious 2nd water line so if you just want hot/boiling water for making oatmeal or hot chocolate, a flip of a switch routes the water to a dedicated line just for water. That means no cross contamination of water that tastes like coffee! The design is also well thought out for maximum flexibility with your space. You can have the water tank on the side of the unit or spin it around to the back. There is a frother tucked neatly away on the left side of the machine if you need it and it easily detaches for cleaning. The front display is easy to read and looks great so you can quickly tell what mode you have it in and make quick adjustments. The clock on the front is nice to have but is primarily there so you can set the brewer to start at a certain time and have your coffee or tea ready to go first thing in the morning. This unit replaces multiple appliances in one easy to use package. We use it primarily for Iced Coffee, tea and hot chocolate and it has worked perfectly each time and is easy to clean. Really looking forward to having it during the holidays so we can make a large pot of coffee and immediately make a quick cup of decaf or tea if someone wants. I highly recommend this to anyone due to it's flexibility between grounds and Kcups, option for straight up hot water in a dedicated line, and ease of use design. The unit includes the large carafe pictured as well as the measuring spoon which stows neatly into the side of the unit. Overall, a very well thought out design and system!
