the coffee options are great, just what i wanted to be able to make so many different ways in a compact machine

This Dual Brew Coffee system is great. I have only used it for K-cups so far. I love the large water reservoir and it brew the coffee very quickly. It accommodates any size cup. container. I is a tall unit so I have to pull it out from under my cabinet to place the K-cup in. I purchased it when it $100 off on Black Friday. What a deal that I got. I would recommend this to any one needed a dual brewer.

I have had mine for two years now and just purchased this as a gift. I dont ever use the k cup basket or the frother, but between the consistency of brewing coffee and hot water at the press of a button, I use mine multiple times a day.

Is a excellent coffee maker I bought for a gift for my brother and he love it.

Great Coffee maker but had to return it. There is not a reusable pod for the espresso maker. Very disappointing as so many of the pods are made from plastic or aluminum. Both are a no for me. Once in awhile, sure.. but several times a day, No thanks. Almost perfect machine for what I'm looking for.

So far we are loving this coffee pot. The Ninja has been an excellent coffee pot, we have been using an Ninja for 3 years and haven’t switched yet. Had to get a new one only because our pot broke, so we got the one with the stainless steel pot. Keeps the coffee hot and fresh longer , so a win all around.

We had high hopes for this coffee maker. We were quickly disappointed. We had a cuisinart maker and loved it but it was old and we wanted to replace it before it stopped working. The Ninja brews coffee fast but thats about the only good quality of this pot. The insulated Carafe is a joke. If you put very hot water in the reservoir then you might get an hour of warm coffee. Its never what i would consider hot. Not even close to our cuisinart insulated carafe. This makes the “set ahead of time” feature useless unless you like luke warm coffee in the morning. Its also very loud. Like wake the whole house loud! We will use this for now because we paid so much but i would not recommend it unless maybe you are just using it for cold coffee.

The ninja dual coffee maker is an amazing coffee maker for the person who likes to have a cup or a pot. The options are endless! It also comes with a frotheron theside that folds up into the side of the coffee pot.

Machine died shortly after additionally purchased bb warranty expired, and Best Buy was unable to honor it. Needless to say, its pretty didappointing to have paid $300 (item plus bb warranty) for a COFFEE MAKER that only lasted 2.5 years. I tried to look up possible repairs and saw many other people who went through the same thing with this coffee maker. I gave it 2 stars because it had nice features and was a nice machine in the short time it lasted, but given their track record with this design and how many others i saw struggling with this issue, I’d say there’s a pattern and its not worth the risk of wasting your money. The issue is that it will power up and start warming up, and then shuts off right when it starts dispensing the water/coffee.

Pod kinda worked unexpectedly, had to make an adjustment. Everything else worked pretty intuitively

I haven't used it that much. I bought it because it could use ground coffee OR K-cups (even though I have a Keurig machine). I usually make 1 cup at a time and none of the settings gets me an acceptably strong brew from ground coffee if I make a small amount. Haven't had the chance to make a big batch but am optimistic it will be good. Meanwhile, I use my Keurig machine

So far so good! I love being able to brew a quick pod or making a whole pot with grounds. Hot water so fast for a cup of tea or oatmeal instead of using microwave or teapot. It arrived very quickly too.

Its excellent, but someone knows how to keep warm the coffee? I can't never activated that option.
