||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Omg!! These pans are amazing! They are non-stick and work well when used according to instructions. Only downfall, the rivets on the pan the covers the bolts burst off while in use. This is not safe.I did however call the company and they are sending a replacement pan out.

Well engineered cookware
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you've ever used non-stick cookware, you may wonder what all the fuss is about with this set. After all, this is not an inexpensive cookware set. There are a lot of features that this cookware has that left me blown away. And after actually cooking with it, I can tell you it's the best cookware I've ever used. Lets start with the obvious, the looks. As soon as I opened the box, I knew this cookware was different. For starters, it's heavy. Most non-sticks you come across these days are made out of thin aluminum. The entire pot or pan of the Ninja set is thick. The bottoms are very heavy duty with one idea in mind, radiating and holding heat. This is how they cook things so evenly. With heavy cookware, you need nice comfortable handles and these have beautiful solid stainless steel handles. Rounded and very easy to hold on to while keeping the heat away from your hands. To aid in lifting them, they also include a small handle on the opposite side. This makes it easy to pick up full pots or keep liquids level if you need to move the pan. This second handle also serves to ensure the outside bottoms, never come in contact with the inside bottoms when nesting them. This helps to preserve the cooking surface. The non-stick surface looks thick and heavy. And after using them for several days of heavy cooking, I can say that the cook surface is indeed as non stick as you can imagine. There are some instructions included that will tell you to make sure you preheat your pans before trying to cook in them. This isn't just for the first time you use them, it's every time. It's how they work. And if your not heating your pans first anyway (regardless of the manufacturer), you're not using them correctly. The instructions are short and very informative and if you're not sure how long to preheat them they explain it. Take a drop of water and put it in the pan. If it skitters around the bottom, it's ready. Anyone familiar with using a wok will know about this trick too. The benefit of having good thick bottoms is that your food will cook evenly. More evenly than you thought possible. The non-stick feature also lets you skip using butter (if you want). I made an omelet in one of the pans, and even though I mistakenly had my flame too high, the omelet turned out perfect. Uniform color all across the bottom and cooked perfectly. Everything about this set is engineered to the highest degree. The lids are no exception, and are not just an afterthought. They're glass with metal edges and they fit perfectly on the pans. The handles are nice and big and easy to grab on to. If you want, you can prop them up on an angle to let steam or heat escape. They also have a very unique design, they can stack. And not in any specific order, you can stack any size on top of any other size. This is because the lids all have guides on the under side of the handles. These guides sit inside the handle of the lid underneath them. It's a really clever design. I'm sick of piling glass cookware lids in a drawer because of the shape of the handles. The Ninja lids are a pleasure to use and easy to store when not in use. There are a couple of instructions about what NOT to do as well. As you would expect, you don't want to use knives on the cook surface. Also, they discourage using metal appliances on them (hand mixers and metal hand tools). And while they are dishwasher safe, they recommend hand washing. Honestly, they are no trouble to clean since nothing sticks to them anyway. This is the most well engineered cooking set I have ever used. They started with a great design and made them thick. Then they added comfortable handles and great way to stack them so they take up less space. The non-stick coating works fantastic and the lids are just a pleasure to use. This is a beautiful cook set and it functions just as well as it looks. This cookware also comes with a 10 year warranty. That's pretty hard to beat.

Complete, compact set with excellent release
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Can pots really make you healthier? These can! Ninja managed to make a non-stick coating which is better than any other pot I’ve used. I’ve cooked eggs, burgers, onions, and broccoli. None of them were cooked with any oil or butter. All dishes cleaned up nicely, with a similar effort as if shortening were used more extensively. As an added bonus, more of the food’s inherent flavor came through and the vegetables were crispier. One main difference with these pots is the pre-heat time. Since they suggest little or no shortening, it becomes important to pre-heat the pan with nothing in it. It still needs to be watched and tested for heat as the pot can warp if left with high heat and nothing in it for too long. On my glass cooktop, this took ~4 minutes. The pots all have a stainless steel base welded to the aluminum core of the pot. This makes the pot set suitable for use on an induction stove. The magnet test bares that out. I found the cooking to be even in all the dishes I made. The lids fit tightly on the pan to eliminate splatter and lock in heat. I could see my hamburgers cooking quickly on all sides based on the trapped heat. For another meal, the potato hash grew soft, yet crunchy solely from the moisture trapped inside the pan. Steam still vented slightly from a couple of places, so I wouldn’t use the saute pan as a dutch oven, but it generally did a better job than lids which merely sit on top of the edges and leak steam all the way around. The set is designed to last. The pieces next into each other without causing excess wear on the inner surface. While they come with an exception warranty, nesting them with the handles on both sides assures that no warranty usage will be needed. After cooking with them for a few days, there are no noticeable scratches or wear marks. Overall, this is one of the best cooking sets I’ve owned. There’s a versatile number of pots. The lids fit multiple pans. They’re designed to stack safely. They clean easily and completely. They’re even dishwasher safe! While Ninja does not have the same brand cachet as All Clad or Le Creuset, they have made a set which stands up to their higher end competition without the higher end price!

Even heating, great non-stick performance
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this Ninja Foodi Neverstick set of cookware to replace another brand’s hard anodized set of cookware that has lost its non-stick performance over the years. I like that the Neverstick has a 10-year guarantee to not stick, chip, or flake and is oven safe to 500°F. Note, though, that the included tempered glass with stainless steel lids in this set are oven safe only up to 400°F and have a tendency to make soft pinging sounds as they heat up and cool down. These pots and pans are compatible with all cooktops including gas, electric, glass ceramic, and induction. The 10-piece set comes with a 3-quart sauté pan, 10 ¼-inch fry pan, 8-inch fry pan, 6 ½-quart stock pot, 2 ½-quart saucepan, and 1 ½-quart saucepan, along with 4 lids. What’s clever is that the two largest lids fit different two pieces of cookware, so you don’t need a separate lid for each one. The largest will fit both the sauté pan and 10 ¼-inch fry pan, and the next largest fits the stock pot and smaller fry pan. All the cookware pieces have a textured hard-anodized exterior that is durable and scratch-resistant. Even though these pans are advertised as “metal utensil safe” inside for use with spoons, spatulas, and whisks, Ninja still recommends avoiding the use of sharp utensils like knifes or forks in them as well as metallic or abrasive sponges. The neat thing about this set is that everything is stackable. If you stack the pans and pots from largest to smallest, the bottoms of the smaller cookware never touch the interior surface of what it is nested in. This is because the riveted handles, along with a front hook, stabilize and keep the upper cookware suspended on the rim of the one below it. You do have to be careful to not rotate them while stacked and make sure to lift straight up when unstacking, if you want to avoid scratching up the outer rims. If you prefer to hang the pans, the handles have a hanging hole at the end. The glass lids have rolled metal edges with gentle curves, so there are no thin or sharp edges to worry about. The handles on top are also indented slightly to accept an interlocking piece on the underside of the lids, which allow them to be stacked and balanced in any order. There aren’t steam vents in the lids though, so you may have to lift or tilt the lids to release steam while cooking since they have a pretty tight fit. As with all non-stick cookware, the best non-stick performance is achieved after your pan has been preheated for several minutes. For most types of cooking, you only need to use the medium-high setting on your stove, reserving the highest setting for boiling liquids or searing meats. Pre-heating at a lower temperature, while it may take few minutes longer, helps prevent hot spots by allowing the pan to distribute the heat evenly over time. I found that once these pans are properly pre-heated, food does not stick to them. Whether I’m searing steaks with butter and rosemary, or cooking without oil, like when making pancakes. Even melted cheese from grilled cheese sandwiches slid right out. The one thing you shouldn’t use in these pans is any type of aerosol cooking spray as it typically contains a chemical propellant that can leave a residue on the pan that will compromise the non-stick coating (and possibly void the warranty). These pans are a bit heavier than other pans I’ve used, similar in weight to carbon steel pans, but not as heavy as cast iron. For example, the sauté pan weighs about 3 lbs while the larger fry pan is about 2 1/2 lbs. This is because these pots and pans use 4.5mm of aluminum in the base, and this thick layer allows for more even heat distribution and better heat retention resulting in even cooking. I experienced this first-hand while pan frying plantains in the sauté pan and found that the banana slices placed on the outer perimeter of the pan browned roughly the same amount as those pieces placed in the center. The caramelized sugars, thankfully, also did not adhere to the pan and wiped out easily when I was done cooking. When making pancakes in the 8-inch pan that covered the entire pan’s bottom, they came out perfectly even-toned and golden-brown from edge to edge with no undercooked areas. The sauce pans work great for heating up a couple servings of soup and hard boiling a few eggs, while I like to use the stock pot to boil water for making pasta, potatoes, and large batches of chili or chowder. I also think it is great for frying doughnuts and battered foods as the oil comes back up to temperature quickly after adding cold ingredients. The handles on all the pots and pans stay relatively cool for a long while, though after about 20-25 minutes at medium heat, the heat will start to travel up the handles of the pans; if cooking at length, expect the handles to be hot to the touch after about 45 minutes on the heat. Cleaning these is easy as they are dishwasher safe, but if you wash by hand, most times sponge washing with warm soapy water is all you need; for dried on messes, a quick soak and light scrubbing with a non-abrasive pad works fast and effectively. Overall, this is a great cookware set to have in my kitchen as it includes all the basic sizes of pots and pans that I use for a majority of my stovetop cooking, and it takes up relatively little space due to the unique scratch-free stacking ability. These feel durable, heat evenly, clean up quick, and their non-stick performance thus far has been great. I also love that these can go in the oven if I need to finish off a dish, like a frittata, want to slow cook, or just keep food warm in the pan until I’m ready to serve.

EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!!!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ninja has become a brand that is widely recognized in every household. They have been manufacturing small kitchen appliances that have earned their marks by exceeding the expectations of their users, and this time was no different. Ninja has done it again with their cookware, they have manufactured high end cookware at an affordable price. I have had the privilege of testing out the Ninja Foodi Neverstick Anti Scratch Nest System and I must say they did not disappoint. They have again exceeded my expectations. My wife and I have been using this cookware set for a few days now and we don’t want to use anything else. Probably the features that we love the most is the fact that even when your pan is extremely hot, the handle was not. I heated up the pan to over 500 degrees and yet the handle stayed at about 100 degrees, which was awesome, but please still use caution while handling hot pots and pans. The other great feature was that all the cookware heated up evenly and nothing sticks. We have been testing out different kinds of food and even used metal utensils to see if anything would stick to the pots and pans and also to test out the durability of the product and they have proven themselves over and over again. I have been using this set of a gas stove but they can be used on induction and electric stoves as well. Ninja Foodi Nest System is an anti-scratch, dishwasher safe, oven safe up to 500 degrees and even the lids are oven safe up to 400 degrees. Once you are done cooking and cleaning your cookware, you can easily stack them up with the new nesting design to save up storage space and keeping the pots and pans from touching each other. In box you will find the following: • (1) 8-inch fry pan • (1) 10 1/4-inch fry pan • (1) 1 1/2-quart saucepan with glass lid • (1) 2 1/2-quart saucepan with glass lid • (1) 3-quart sauté pan with glass lid • (1) 6 1/2-quart stock pot with glass lid PROS: - CAN BE USED WITH DIFFERENT TYPES OF HEATING SOURCES - DISHWASHER SAFE - ANTI-SCRATCH – TEST OUT THOUGHLY WITH METAL UTENCILS - HEAT UP EVENLY - SPACE SAVING NESTING DESIGN - OVEN SAFE - EXTREMELY DURABLE – 10 YEAR BACKED WARRANTY CONS: - BIT ON THE HEAVY SIDE Overall, this is probably the best cookware set we have tested and it already has become our daily user. This set is extremely durable, solid construction and built to last you years. I would highly recommend that you give this set a shot before trying anything else.

Karate Chop the sticky food with Ninja!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ninja has done it again! The Foodi NeverStick system is the best pots and pans I have owned to date. In my 41 years of buying pots and pans, these are simply the most amazing setup, non stick, stacking lids, stacking pans, small footprint and just amazing look and feel. The biggest thing I need to lount out since most people do not read instructions, PREHEAT the pans is a MUST!!! If you want to activate the non stick properly, you have to preheat the products which takes seconds to do anyways. If you do not do this and food sticks, it is on you for not following instructions. Now, for the look and feel, they remind me of Grandma's old cast iron pots and pans. Take those and add amazing stacking handles out of 304 stainless that do not get super hot, even after 30 minutes of cooking, I could still grab them. These wash up in seconds afterwards with a soft brissle brush, major time savor after dinner, no need to spend 20 minutes scrubbing. I made spaghetti sauce that I cooks in the large pot for a family of 8, let simmer for 6 hours and still cleaned up in less than a minute. Eggs are a breeze now, I used very little butter and they cooked to perfection in the Ninja Foodi skillet. Water boils super fast in the big pot, almost 4 minutes faster when timed against a similar sized pot from another well known manufacturer. The ticket material heats up faster and holds the heat longer for easier, more consistency when cooking. As you can see in the pictures, stacking the pots, pans and lids are super easy. When stacked, DO NOT spin the pots or pans, this can dammge the coating along the edges. I am super happy with these and I hope the coating holds up for years and years to come, I do not want to use any other brand for my cooking.

A great addition to my kitchen arsenal
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m a huge fan of Ninja products. All of the Ninja products I’ve owned have been very impressive and these pots and pans do not fall short by no means. I’ve owned a single Ninja skillet for a while and am so excited to add this set to my kitchen arsenal. Aesthetically this set is amazing. So nice to look at. The stacking system is also great. Such a space saving feature which to some is very important. Aside from my cast iron pan and one larger Ninja skillet, this set completes my kitchen pots and pans and I couldn’t be happier with them. They have a very high-quality feel to them and you can tell they are built very well. I’ve cooked several meals with this set so far and I have not had any issues with food sticking or anything. I will note, I have followed the instructions to preheat the pots and pans as instructed and have not had any issues thus far. I would highly recommend this set to anyone who is looking for a high-quality non-stick set of pots and pans. Ninja always does a fantastic job and I can assure you, you will love these pots and pans.

Not really 100% induction ready
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for a set that would work on my Induction stove top and decided to give this one a try. It has a few smart features that caught my attention - handles do have small cut-out notches that make them interlock with the item underneath for easy storage, glass lids to stack on top of each other as well, so the whole 10pcs set can be easily fit into a single cabinet. Non-stick surface looks and feels like a premium product and of course, nothing stick to it just yet, typically my non-stick cookware lasts for about a year so I'm excited to see how long will Ninja fare. One caveat that I found, however, makes it difficult to use with my cooktop - while cookware is made of aluminum (which is non magnetic) - there is a special stainless steel disk attached to the bottom of each item to make it compatible with induction stove, the problem is that stainless disk is smaller in diameter so even if let's say larger sauce pan does seem to fit on the front left burner - it's won't engage with the induction coil, my stove just clicks on/off and nothing happens. Same saucepan works great on the rear right (smallest) burner, but that is not very ideal - I don't like leaning over the stove. None of the items would engage my largest induction burner either.

Best Set of Pots & Pans I’ve Ever Owned
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.KEY FEATURES Anodized Aluminum Construction – Much Lighter Plasma Ceramic Coating more durable than other non-stick options Dishwasher Safe Metal Utensil Safe Fast and Even Heating Nesting “Stacking” Cookware made to keep the bottoms from scratching cookware below INITIAL IMPRESSIONS When the box first showed up at my door, I thought I had only received ½ the items. The box was nicely and efficiently packed. Prepping for a back strain as I bent down and grabbed the box, I was pleasantly surprised how all the cookware could come in such a small and lightweight box. Quite impressive. While I am in no way, shape, or form a chef by any sense of the word, I do prepare a lot of meals for the family. Until this set, we had used a cheap set of cookware for day-to-day cooking and an expensive Emeril set for additional needs or “special occasions”. The day-to-day set has lasted a couple of years and needs replacement. I was hoping this cookware would be good enough to replace my day-to-day cookware, but while I am thoroughly unimpressed with the Emeril’s, knew there would be no way the Ninjas would offer enough to replace that set. USE Hoping for a home run, but expecting the least, I unboxed the cookware and gave them a shot. I fully expected them to be a huge disappointment like my high buck Emeril’s. I’ll admit it now: I was wrong and was extremely impressed. The Ninjas are great! Unlike some other cookware, the Ninjas do require “seasoning” and pre-heating for best performance and flavor. Once the initial seasoning is done and the cookware pre-heated, these pots and pans perform great! They heat up extremely quick on my gas stove. Much faster than my others. The finish on the inside of the cookware is unlike any other that I own. It works nearly flawlessly. Things that would sear and bond permanently to my other sets of cookware, comes off with little to no effort on the Ninjas. I have yet to have anything that I couldn’t either wipe off with a dry cloth, or worst case, a little soap and water from the Ninjas. The special non-stick coating is made to withstand much higher temperatures than traditional non-stick cookware. This includes being oven safe to 500 degrees. The “Plasma-Ceramic” infused coating on the inside of the cookware really is thicker and more durable than my other cookware. CONCLUSION If it isn’t easy enough to figure out already, I am VERY impressed with this cookware. It performs better than any other brand of cookware I’ve used to this day. Shark Ninja has put a great deal of effort into their new product line, and it really pays off. The anodized aluminum construction is much lighter than their competition, heats up faster, and is just as, if not more durable, than Ninja’s competitors. With all the Ninjas have going for them, the added benefit that they are both dishwasher and metal utensil safe (I still can’t bring myself to testing the latter) is just icing on the cake. Ninja is so confident in their new line of cookware that they are offering a 10-year warranty and with their excellent construction, I see no issues with the cookware lasting that long. Best part is, I have a lot more cabinet space now, as these Ninjas just replaced 2 full sets of cookware. Highly Recommended.

Adjust cooking habits
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like the way these pans feel, look and stack. Even when I washed them out of the box you can stack them on top of each other upside down without major surfaces touching each other. The reason my title is this is because these pans are a bit different from typical non-stick pans. Their surface reminds me more of a cast iron pan, which if you have used one that hasn’t been properly seasoned, you are in for a surprise. The surface has a texture to it which tends to “grab” some food. These Ninja Foodi pans don’t need seasoning process like cast iron, but they still require some getting used to finding the right temp. As you can see from my picture, this is a picture of an egg cooked at 6 on a burner of the same size. The heat seems even, but the egg cooks into the pan. What is crazy though, you can easily wipe it out with a paper towel. So, it didn’t stick completely. With some oil on the next one, the egg cooked more even on both sides. Overall, they feel sturdy in their build. The handles are thick, but can still pick up some heat. On first impression, I wouldn’t call these “Neverstick” but more like easy clean. Not every food is an egg, while everything else cooks rather well, but I was really hoping for an oil free flip of an egg. I’ve only had these for a few weeks, so we will see how they last over time.

Amazing. Honestly best cookware set I have used.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I rarely would give anything 5 stares, but the Ninja Foodi Neverstick cookware set deserves it. I have owned budget (store brand) to mid-tier (Anolon) and the Ninja set is superior in every way. The Ninja cookware looks great. They have a cast-iron look finish but none of the weight. I did find the pots have a wider diameter and they are a fraction more shallow, but this turns out to be a benefit as the wider base means they get the full heat from my gas cooktop. Seriously, the Ninja pots look super premium. I point out the wider/shallow side just because it was the first thing I noticed out of the box. Cooking. I have really put them through their paces. Mashed potato, spaghetti bolognese, oatmeal, and steaks - obviously not all in the one sitting but using different pots/pans as needed! Each time, the pots and pans heated evenly and the non stick coating worked like a charm. Again, whatever Ninja's "NeverStick" coating is it lives up to the promise. Some things to note about cooking, the main handles never got hot to touch, but the, well I'll call it the small lip handle does get super hot to touch. I only have food and kitchen safe plastic utensils, so didn't test the scratch resistance. The entire set is oven safe, although I haven't had a need to use them in the oven. Lids - this is where I said wow. The lids are designed so they nest. It's hard to describe and a photo doesn't do it justice. But the lid handle and the screw that holds the lid handle on, well they nest into the other lid handle. So you can literally stack them anyway you like and they never touch. This is just super clever and makes storage a breeze. If you are like me and have been just throwing all your lids in the back of the kitchen cabinets because you can't really stack them, well you can with Ninja. Shocked that everyone hasn't thought of this. Cleaning - I have thrown the Ninja cookware into the dishwasher a few times. They always come out spotless. Even the base cleans up like new. I will stress again, the non-stick coating is amazing. I accidentally (not paying attention) burnt some oatmeal, and the burnt oatmeal and burnt milk just wiped out. Overall - RECOMMENDED. I rarely, if ever give 5 star reviews. I really had no expectations of the Ninja cookware, I have used their appliances (blender) and a vacuum cleaner, but would not have considered Ninja for cookware. I am now a convert and convinced. This Ninja NeverStick cookware set is seriously the best and best value cookware I have ever used and I would buy them again. And this is coming from someone who would normally only buy cookware with rubber-grips on the handles, but now I know what I have been missing. Love them, you won't be disappointed.

Great pans just not fantastic with induction
||Posted . Otherwise fantastic build quality and would definetly recomend for anything but induction usage.
I would recommend this to a friend- Pros mentioned:Non-stick

Great Set!

The lids are easy to handle and all nest/stack easily, as are the pots and pans. The non-stick surface is nicely textured without being rough and definitely tough enough for anything in a home kitchen with no sign of flaking or chipping. They do have a longer preheat time than other types, so be aware of that, but they clean and store very easily. Also, they are induction- compatible and perform well on my induction cooktop.
