Ninja anti stick and anti scratch pans offer a great way to cook your meals without the added use of fats, chemicals or other additives that can take away from the flavor of your home cooked meals. The added anti scratch feature is a big plus for those of you that have teenage or college kids who don't use the proper utensils when cooking. At first glance there really is nothing special looking about these pans. They are your average looking pans with real no stand out features that i can see anyways. The pots and pans can easily be used with both gas and convention tops. They are dishwasher safe so there is no need to worry about any special care when cleaning. Heat is well maintained through the pan and is hardly dispersed through the handle. The anti stick pans work through proper heat up of the pans which activates Ninjas design to provide its anti stick feature. Simply put if you throw your meal on the pan without letting it warm up it will stick to the pan, however once the pan fully warms up your meal easily slides off the pan. I love to work out so one of the biggest meals i tend to cook most days is scrambled eggs. The bad thing about cooking scrambled eggs is it always stick to the side of my other "anti stick" pans and always provides a bit of a mess when doing the dishes. The Ninja Foodi pans, once heated provide a very smooth cooking experience. No additives were needed and my meal slid right off the pan. What's even better is whatever left over egg residue i had easily slid off the pan and in to the trash making dish washing so much easier. Now one thing i have noticed about other "anti stick" pans is that some of them tend to not hold up so well with metal spatulas. My daughter loves to cook but she always uses the metal spatulas no matter what she is making. Well after constant scrapping of the pan with these utensils they have eventually lost their anti stick feature. Most likely due to her scrapping off whatever chemicals are imbedded in to the pan that makes this feature come to life. My hope is that the anti scratch feature of these pans will hold true with test of time. At the end of the day i know all pans work great in the beginning and in all reality its really hard to tell how well they will hold up until you put them through the constant test of scrapping and cooking. With that being said i will say one thing, I have owned several Ninja products for years on end and some for even decades. One thing i can attest to is the quality of their products. I have yet to have any issues with their products both in functionality and in design. This alone makes me believe that their pans make for a good buy that will prove to be a part of your cooking hardware for years to come.

So I received my Ninja Foodi NeverStick Premium Anti-Scratch Nest System 10-Piece Cookware set a few days ago and cooking as never been the same. First off, hats to the design team for the sturdy build quality of all of the pots, pans, and lids in this set. Ninja Foodie never ceases to amaze me. This company continues to get better and better with the quality products they continue to produce to enhance cooking in the kitchen. Inside the box along with proper handling, and cooking instructions comes: 1. 8 inch Fry Pan 2. 10 ¼ inch Fry Pan 3. 1 ½ Quart Sauce Pan with Lid 4. 2 ½ Quart Sauce Pan with Lid 5. 3 Quart Sautee Pan with Lid 6. 6 ½ Quart Stock Pot with Lid Using in the smaller pans has been fun while making breakfast omelets in the morning before work. For some it may be a small albeit easy learning curve. Typically in the past when cooking we've been conditioned (or at least I have) to open whatever food we're cooking, pour it in the pot or pan, and then turn the stove on. Contrary to another review, according to the instructions included with the cookware set, you should turn the burner on low, med, or high (depending on what you're cooking and the size of the pot or pan you're using), and let the pan or pot preheat so that food doesn't stick and that everything cooks more evenly. And the pan will let you know when its, been preheated enough, with a single drop of water. When it sizzles and bounce around it's ready. This is very true, my omelets (and scrambled eggs for the kiddos) this week have cooked more evenly and I didn't have to scrape the pan to get the eggs out. The stock pot has been great for boiling spaghetti noodles and the pasta cooked evenly with nothing sticking to the bottom of the pot like with my old cookware set. And clean up is as simple as wiping the pan out afterwards, but they can also be cleaned in the dishwasher. And although it does mention that you can use metal cooking utensils, I've stuck mainly with my plastic utensils so far. Another great feature that we love, is the fact that the pots, pans, and lids all stack together or separately. Being our kitchen has limited cabinet space, we can now safely stack our pots and pans in a cabinet and get rid of the utility shelf we bought to place our old cookware set on. This cookware is amazing and you can even use them for oven cooking as well. I've never really seen anything other than cast iron skillets (as far as pots/pans) being used inside an oven. We're gonna be cooking our steaks soon in the oven, but now Ninja Foodie is making harder to decide whether to use the pan to cook our steaks in the oven or our Ninja Foodie XL Pro Grill. Maybe we'll just use both.

The Ninja Nest system pots were a Great value for the price.

I was really surprised by the difference between this cookware and the cheaper stuff that I have now. Fortunately the cookware arrived on taco night, so I was able to use the large pan to brown ground beef. The first thing I noticed is that these get much hotter than the aluminum non-stick pan I normally use. I had to turn the heat down to medium when I usually keep it on high for browning. Also, despite the pan being hotter the beef browned but didn't burn, whereas the other pan usually ends up overcooking a portion of the meat. I chalk this up to better, more even heating. The pans are effective at being non-stick. One thing to keep in mind is that these should be heated first in order for the non-stick properties to be most effective. There are stickers on the pans to remind you of this if you don't look at the short instruction manual. I am also happy to see the outside is also covered with the same surface. If anything boils over or gets messy from pouring out from the pan the outside is as easy to clean as the inside. Clean-up from taco night was simple, too. Most of the mess rinsed out with clean hot water, and a quick wipe with dish soap finished the job and sanitized the pan. One of the most unique features is that everything stacks in a way that the pans won't scratch each other. The handles on front and back isolate one piece from another, so they kind of "float" inside each other as they nest. The lids also stack, with the inside of the knobs on top locking onto the outside of the knobs below. This makes the storage footprint small and tidy, as opposed to my current chaotic cabinet of cheap miss-matched pots and pans. With the prices of eating out increasing good cookware quickly becomes an investment that quickly pays for itself. I highly recommend this set! It will obviously stand up over time, and the ability to properly control temperature will help to ensure success when cooking at home.

I was really impressed with these pans. Right when you first pick them up, you can tell that they feel like well made, premium pans. They really work well too. They heat up at an average rate, but do so evenly. I didn't notice any hot spots or anything. I have tried cooking a variety of foods on them, ranging from eggs to ground turkey. The non-stick works amazing. With just a touch of butter and low heat, the eggs were literally sliding around the pan with no problem. And cleanup was a breeze. I was able to get it pretty clean just using the spray setting on my tap, and just a simple wipe with a soapy sponge got the rest with minimal effort. It says that these pans are dishwasher safe, but with as easy as they are to clean, I would just wash them by hand to be safe. I still don't trust any kind of non-stick material in the dishwasher. Similarly, they claim that the non-stick surface is metal utensil safe. This is a great claim, and should provide some piece of mind in case you ever forget, but again, I will just play it safe. I have been using plastic/wooden utensils most of my life, so I'm used to it anyway. The real feature that sets these pans apart from any I have ever used is their stacking ability. These are designed to stack neatly in each other without damaging the cooking surface. The lids also stack together, in any order. This actually works really well, and saves a ton of space in the cabinet. It works better than any solution I've seen before. Overall, I am just really satisfied with these pans. They have great cooking performance, feel really well-made, and store away neatly to save space.

They are nice but what they do not tell you is you are to heat up the pan first. Let it warm up so it "activates" the non stick surface. And not to use metal utensils on it.

The Ninja Foodi 10pc Neverstick set punches way above its weight in terms of quality, price and design. There’s so much to like about these pots and pans and Ninja checks off all the boxes. Here’s the highlights for those who want to quickly see the advantages of this set: 1. Works with all heat and surface types, gas, electric, ceramic, and induction. 2. The pots and pans nest and are designed to suspend so they don’t scratch or grind each other. The lids stack in any order! 3. The nonstick pots and pans are metal utensil and dishwasher safe. They can also be used in the oven. 4. They are extremely light compared to multi-layer stainless steel pots and pans. 5. They save a ton of space, I’m able to fit them all on 2 corner lazy Susan racks in my kitchen, with my current stainless steel they are kind of all over the place. Overall this is a great set at a great value. The weight makes it great for older folks as well as children learning to cook and the durability is assuring as you don’t have to worry about the non-stick deteriorating over time.

Wow! I got these pans to replace a set of very expensive top name brand set I got for my wedding a few years ago. I must say these pans blew me away! They feel very well made- they have good weight to them but aren’t too heavy that they are cumbersome to use. The handles are the perfect length. I like that the bottoms have a stainless steel look to them. It breaks up the dark color and makes them look even more high quality. I’ve used each pan and I’ve had nothing stick. You just need to make sure they’re hot before you put your food on. They also stack perfectly into each other. They save so much room! The covers are brilliant! They stack into each other saving so much room in the cabinet. Much better design than what I’ve seen from other companies!

We got these to replace our aging stainless steel pans and so far in the week we’ve had them I’m really happy with them. They're extremely durable, easy to clean, and stack in a way that takes up half the space of our old pans. I’ve had no issues getting them clean in the dishwasher, where with my previous pans I’d definitely have to do additional handwashing. The anodized aluminum and stainless steel handles feel extremely high quality and I have no doubt they’ll hold up for a long time. I especially love the way the pans and the lids nest into each other and I’ve easily freed up half the space in the cabinet I used to keep the old ones in.

I love Ninja products and I didn’t even know they also made cooking pans! I am loving this set of pans as the quality and built is better than any other brand that I have own. I have been using the pans for the last 3 weeks and I have zero complaints. I have thrown them in the dish washer, and they come without any stains or marks. These are truly dishwasher safe! The NeverStick statement lives to its promise. I have stir-fried and cooked taco meat and it’s done the job of not letting the meat stick. Thank you Ninja, and if you try to release a full kitchen and refrigerator we would appreciate it! : )

These pans have a very quality feel to them. The handles are secure and comfortable and the lids fit perfectly and make a good seal. The non-stick performance is wonderful! I have other Ninja products that are non-stick and that's what drove me to try these pans and they did not disappoint. Sauces and the like slide right out and clean easy and eggs glide around without leaving a trace. Very happy with this set!

Great set of pots and pans. Great non stick surface and very durable built. Great that it can be put in the oven when needed as well. Cleans great in the dishwasher. The ability to stack the pans takes up less room in the cabinet. Very highly recommended!

The Ninja- Foodi Never stick system is an ALL you need for a family of 4 for your cooking needs. they are built beautifully and sturdily. the pots and pans are designed very well: - they are stackable - made from non toxic material - can handle the oven, the dishwasher, and all types of heating elements - easy to clean - sturdy handles - thick base. it is VERY IMPORTANT to know that in order to use the pots and pans in the oven safely and to extend the life of the system, you need to pre-heat the pots before putting it in the oven. the same things goes for activating the non stick feature, before cooking or pouring the food you will need to pre- heat the pans or pots for a couple minutes to get the best results. we threw out all the pots and pans that we had before this system and we are in LOVE with this one. Home run for Ninja!

As per usual, Ninja has done it again with great products! I've been needing new cookware as my pots and pans tend to only last a couple years without losing the no stick properties and become scratched from use. This set includes a large stock pot, two smaller boiling pots, three skillets, and four lids that can be used between your skillets and pots. The material on them feels close to cast iron where it is a thicker material that is durable and not easily scratched while cooking. They are definitely more heavy duty than my other cookware and I have used the skillets for things cooked with high heat like steaks and fajitas. I love that Ninja has made these stackable so everything can be stacked neatly in your cabinets. Even the lids have a stackable base so you can put them atop each other without worrying about everything falling when moving things. These are easy to clean and also keep their non-stick material even after multiple washes. These are definitely more durable than any cookware set I've used before and think they will last several years at least.
