    Good Cookware, Better NeverStick

I have used at least 1 or more pieces of the cookware for all my meals over the past week to put it through it's paces. While not being too abusive, this NeverStick coating is looking extremely durable so far. It has a far rougher texture than traditional Teflon pans and I assume this is part of how I can still use the same metal utensils I have used in my 18/10 stainless set. Food refuses to stick to the cookware and I am not seeing any scratches. Even though metal seems safe, I will likely get a nice plastic utensil set soon to even further increase longevity of the NeverStick lifespan. 10 Years?!? Durability being possibly top notch. This cookware is just great to use, plus the addition of color (red) for my predominantly stainless kitchen is nice. I have electric and induction and it works great for both. The pans seem ok with temps high enough to sear meat, veggies and seafood I cooked in it. The big pots' high sides and a narrower shape better suit my smaller burners and frees up my single big burner for the pans. Finally, handles of the pans, pots and lids are always cool to the touch with silicone coatings. Although, the hole in the handle is far smaller than my stainless set and barely fits the hooks in my hanging pot rack. So be aware if you also hang your pots with a "J or S" hook that is bigger than just a wire. The hole in the handle is only 1/2 inch (9/16"). And the large fry pan has the thickest handle at nearly a full inch. In case its not clear to some. The exterior color (I have red) is NOT NeverStick. Just the interior is NeverStick, the black part. If you boil over frequently. You might have issues getting the exterior clean. The color seems durable to kitchen sponges.

Makes other "non-stick" cookware seem like junk!

I've used a number of "non-stick" cookware sets throughout the years, and even though they have improved over time, nothing has come close to this set. In the documentation you will see it's rated for a lifetime of 5 years - fair enough! If it holds up all 5 years like it has this past week, I will be severely impressed because I haven't been able to get anything to stick to this! Also, it says it's safe to use metal cooking utensils - we shall see because I got rid of all my metal utensils in favor of silicone because every cookware set I've used was eventually ruined by scratches . The color is super vibrant. Cleaning is exceptionally easy, we barely had to even soak for more than just a couple of minutes, when wipe them out with a sponge. Even my "world famous" mushroom-laden chili wouldn't stick, and that normally makes for one heck of a work-out to clean the pot afterwards. I can finally look forward to spending time in front of the stove again without being afraid of the in-sink-consequences afterwards - this is another winner from Ninja!

    EXCELLENT NON-STICK COOKWARE!

Ninja™ Foodi™ NeverStick® Vivid 8-Piece Cookware Set is the newest Ninja Foodi cookware in our kitchen. We already enjoy the Ninja Foodi pots that we already own, and decided to add this collection of excellent cookware to our kitchen. This set is comprised of a small 8-inch fry pan, a medium 10¼-inch fry pan, a small 1.5-qt saucepan with lid, a medium 2.5-qt saucepan with lid, and a large 6.5-qt stock pot with lid. The construction of the Ninja Foodi NeverStick cookware exudes quality! The body of the cookware is constructed of cast aluminum which is coated with a vibrant red coating. There is a bright, machined aluminum heat dispersion disk bonded to the bottom of each pan which provides an absolutely flat base which does not rock on the stove and is intended to evenly distribute heat at the cooking surface. The fry pans and sauce pans have substantial cast metal handles which are overwrapped with red silicone rubber in the grip area. The silicone grips afford a very good, secure non-slip gripping surface, and also provide a measure of insulation. The handles actually remain comfortable most of the time, but they still can get hot and require appropriate, cautious handling and hand protection. The stock pot has two large loop style handles which are also overwrapped with red silicone. The handles are tightly attached to the body of each piece of cookware with two large rivets that appear to be very secure. The handles of the fry pans and sauce pans each have a hole to allow hanging the pan. The domed, tempered glass lids have stainless steel edge bands. The handles of the lids are large metal loops which are also overwrapped with red silicone and riveted through the glass. The lids fit all of the pots perfectly. The Ninja Foodi Vivid pots and pans are substantial, but they are less substantial and are significantly lighter and thinner than the couple of pieces of relatively heavy Ninja Foodi NeverStick Premium Hard-Anodized cookware that we already own and enjoy. The heaviest Ninja Foodi Vivid pot is the stock pot which weighs 2 pounds, 14.6 ounces (1322 grams). The glass lid adds just over a pound and brings the weight of the covered stock pot to 4 pounds, 0.1 ounces (1819 grams). The lightest piece is the small, 8” fry pan which weighs only 1 pound, 5.5 ounces (611 grams). The other pieces of cookware, of course range between the weights of those smallest and lightest, and largest and heaviest pieces of the set. They are heavy enough to feel solid and to remain stable on the stove, yet not too heavy as to be burdensome to handle and use in daily cooking. The non-stick internal coating appears to perform very well, and hopefully will remain effective and durable over the long-term. Most non-stick coatings eventually fail or wear after varying intervals of use and possible abuse. Non-stick cookware should not be exposed to excessively high temperatures, particularly when dry/empty. No pot stays perfect after being burned, but nonstick cookware will almost always suffer permanent damage. Ninja claims that this nonstick coating is PFOA free and is oven and broiler safe up to 400° F. In fact, Ninja claims that the lids, handles, and nonstick coating are all oven, broiler and stovetop safe up to 400°F”. Ninja claims that the nonstick coating is safe for use with metal utensils. However, Ninja also includes the cautionary to “Never use sharp instruments such as knives and forks or appliances such as electric mixers”. We never use metal utensils with any nonstick cookware and only use silicone, plastic or wood implements to preserve the integrity of the bonded, nonstick coating. Ninja also says that the nonstick cookware is dishwasher safe. My personal experience has convinced me that any nonstick finish will ultimately deteriorate after repeated dishwasher cleaning. The aggressive and caustic nature of dishwashing detergents is a potent threat to the finish and the nonstick coating of any metal cookware. Handwashing with a sponge and dish soap is easy and quick with the excellent non-stick coating of these Ninja NeverStick pans. The Ninja Foodi NeverStick pans perform well on the stove. I measured relatively even heating on the bottom surface. Although the machined aluminum disk on the bottom of the pans naturally slows down preheating, it serves the important purpose of assuring even heat distribution and retention of consistent temperature control during cooking, with less risk of burning or uneven cooking. This is especially important with recipes that require long cooking times. Ninja says that the Ninja Foodi NeverStick cookware is safe for use on all types of stoves, including gas, electric, halogen, induction and ceramic. There is a caution statement pertaining to the potential scratching of glass/ceramic cooktops which may result from sliding the cookware on the smooth ceramic surface. If I had a glass top range I would certainly heed that warning, as the machined aluminum metal disk on the bottom of the pans certainly appears to have the potential to scratch delicate or softer surfaces. Of course, pans like sauté pans, saucepans, stock pots, etc. are not typically shaken during cooking. Those types of cooking vessels are generally left stationary while the food contents are stirred. However, fry pans and omelet pans are often shaken during cooking, and given the weight and construction of this type of cast, aluminum cookware, I would not use heavy cookware in that manner on a smooth, ceramic/glass top stove. Cleanup was extremely easy. The nonstick surface meets expectations and cleans very easily with just a sponge and dish soap, with very little effort and no need for difficult scrubbing. After repeated cooking, washing and drying, the interior and exterior of the pan, inclusive of the nonstick coating, still appear as if brand new. According to the Ninja product website, the Ninja Foodi NeverStick cookware, inclusive of the nonstick surface has a Ten Year Guarantee. That is a nice improvement on the “lifetime” limited warranty that our older Ninja cookware carries. That “lifetime” is defined as five years. However, the box of the new Ninja Foodi NeverStick Vivid cookware is clearly marked as having the same “Lifetime” (“five year”) warranty as our older cookware. This contradictory warranty information makes me wonder which warranty actually applies; the warranty statement on the Ninja website, or the warranty label printed on the box that the cookware was packaged in? Using the Ninja warranty entails a return shipping charge to the customer, as listed on the website. Overall, the Ninja™ Foodi™ NeverStick® Vivid 8-Piece Cookware Set is very nice. It is apparently well designed and constructed and appears to be fairly robust. I hope that it will also be very durable for the long-term. I have every expectation that these Ninja pans will serve us well for a very long time. They are performing very well now, and hopefully will continue to do so in the future. My wife and I both really like our Ninja Foodi NeverStick cookware. Once we discovered how terrific our other Ninja Foodi cookware was, we had to have a full set!

    Ninja Quality exceeds Red Copper

Though my family only uses silicone utensils, we tend to be pretty hard on our nonstick pots and pans - which consistently need to be replaced around the two year mark. My wife was thrilled to purchase a set of the trendy “as seen on TV” Red Copper Cookware which claims to have a ‘scratch-resistant ceramic coating that will not peel, chip, or flake” - But, after a couple of years, we have noticed both scratches and chips in the “copper infused ceramic coating”. I have attempted to convert my family to using Cast Iron cookware, but my wife hates the excessive weight and the care required to avoid rust. So, we are now using the Ninja Foodi Neverstick Cookware set. So far, I am impressed and have quickly become convinced that Ninja Cookware exceeds the quality of the Red Copper brand. While the non-stick coating has a slight sandy texture, I was surprised to find that I am able to fry an egg without any oil or butter. Unlike the Red Copper cookware, they are dishwasher safe - although these are only oven safe up to 400 degrees (compared with the 500 degree limit of the Red Copper). The Ninja lids do not have a steam vent so there is a bit more of a light rattle when boiling, but having a silicone coating on the lids and the handles is extremely convenient! The handles are more sturdy and ergonomic (compared to the Red Copper) and they simply feel better in the hand - due not only to the rubber grip, but also the rounded shape of the handles. Ninja has a similar claim as Red Copper - stating that the non-stick coating “won't stick, chip, or flake”, but only time will tell. I do not believe their claims that the coating will stand up to metal utensils, but I currently have no complaints. We will treat the cookware with care and hope that they last longer than 2 years.

NeverStick: just a gimmick or name checks out?

Ninja has proven itself to me with their blenders, but what about cookware? The Ninja NeverStick series claims to..well never stick, but so do a lot of other cookwares so what makes this set of pots and pans better? Ninja claims it’s all in the build style. They boast using an aluminum base that helps heat more evenly, although does take a bit longer to preheat, and the inside non-stick service definitely seems beefy enough to hold up to years of sticky cooking. I decided I would test this theory with two common breakfast foods that can cause issues; pancakes to test even heating, and scrambled eggs to test the non-stick. I’ll be honest, I thought I would be writing about how it didn’t work as planned, but that is not the case. The pancakes (see photos) came out evenly heated and slipped right off the pan. Now usually I would prefer to use a large griddle for pancakes, if not just for the ability to make many at a time, but also to get a more even cooking, but this pan worked great and even the first pancake, notorious for being “bad”, came out just fine! Ok but what about scrambled eggs? That’s the real non-stick killer right? Usually you still need a bit of spray or oil to help, especially if you’ll be adding cheese. Not with the Ninja NeverStick pan though! I was surprised how easily the eggs slid around on the pan with a good rubber spatula and came out fluffy and perfect. There were no crusty bits left and with some hot soapy water, the pan was clean and ready to go again in seconds. A few things to note: Ninja says many times in the manual that you may experience longer than you expect preheat times, but this is worth it as it gives a more even heating on the pan. I can say, in my experience, I didn’t even notice a longer preheat time really, maybe a minute longer, but I did notice the more even heat disbursement which is well worth the trade off in my opinion. Ninja also has a few warnings and care instructions worth reading in the manual to make sure you take care of your new pots and pans correctly. I can see some negative reviews in the future of people complaining they didn’t last but could easily be because they didn’t provide the proper care. These care instructions include placing something like a paper towel between the pans so they don’t scratch each other or, even though they are safe with metal utensils and dishwashers, Ninja does mention this may reduce the life of the pan. I can also comment on the use of these pans on a glass cooktop and I had no issues with that. The pots and pans stayed flat, cooked even, and did not scratch the glass at all. Again, it’s pretty simple, actually take good care of your things, and they will last as long or longer than claimed. Too many people treat their products like trash and then complain they don’t last. One other thing I noticed was a bit of a smell on the first use of each pan. The smell is not strong, and not all that bad but I did notice it enough to make a note of it. All you need to do is “cook off” the smell one time though and it goes away. This is most likely from the packaging or part of the manufacturing process. Even with a good soapy pre-wash, the smell was still there once heated. But like I said, it’s minor and it does go away without transferring to your food. OVERALL I really am enjoying this cookware and although it’s impossible to know how they’ll last after just a week of use, like others have said, I can definitely be optimistic that they will last for years! These are worth grabbing off the shelf and giving them your own test, you won’t be disappointed.

The Ninja Foodi neverstick, a nicely very well made cookware. The moment you grab them you can immediately notice how sturdy and well constructed these things are. Even the smaller pan has some weight to it. The rubber handles feel great and will not slip, not even if they are wet. This is the 8 piece set that comes with 3 pots, 2 pans and 3 lids. The biggest pot is 6.5qt, medium is 2.5qt and the smaller 1.5qt. The large pan is 10.25 inches and the smaller is 8. The vivid red color makes this set a great gift for valentines LOL. The material being promoted on this cookware is that your food will never stick. The inner surface feels a little rough to the touch but you will be surprised with the results. Well to test that theory I follow their instructions to cook an omelet with no oil or spray. To my surprise it did not stick at all, it was the first time I have done that without spray or oil. Now, it is recommended to heat up the pan first for about 3 min @ mid-high temperature. Something I really love about them is the bottom surface, they are super smooth and will not damage your stove glass top surface. They are also compatible with induction stoves. I will definitely recommend the use of rubber cooking utensils to prevent damages to the cooking surface. They are easy to clean with just soapy warm water and mild sponge. Any person like myself who loves to cook would definitely appreciate the ease of cleaning when it comes to cookware. Overall I am super happy with these cookware. They are not only well made, they look nice, and they work as advertised. I would definitely recommend them.

Ninja makes some pretty bold claims in their marketing of the NeverStick cookware but for me the promise of a non-stick surface that's dishwasher safe was a claim I had to try for myself! Eggs. I love to eat them. I hate to cook them. I hate to clean up the cookware even more. I made note of the numerous reminders to preheat the pan properly in order to activate the non-stick functionality. First attempt....promising start...then came the flip. It's possible that I didn't heat long enough (though it was at least 2 minutes on medium) and it's possible that I attempted the flip too early, but the eggs stuck to the bottom of the pan with a thin skin-like layer. While I didn't photo the next day's attempt the results were similar. Take the non-stick claim with a grain of salt. On a positive note, the cooking surface was brilliantly even. My grilled egg & cheese sandwiches were quite even with the toasting of the bread. My previous pans would have produced a mixture of burnt edges and uncooked borders depending on pan placement. The Ninja produced excellent results! Cleanup was also great - Simply wiped with a rag and put in the dishwasher. The manual says "for best results was by hand" but who wants to do that? My only other recommendation is to make the lid for the stockpot fit the 10" pan. I like to cover my pan when cooking an egg or want to make sure my cheese is melted in a grilled cheese and I was disappointed to see that the lids were not more compatible. In summary this pan set is OK. Good starter set for a novice chef but if you're looking for non-stick that is dummy proof this might not be for you.

The Ninja™ Foodi™ NeverStick® Vivid 8-Piece Cookware Set is not only a great cooking set but also adds some much needed color to my otherwise dull kitchen :-) I got the crimson red version and will certainly put it on display more often than storing it hidden away in the cabinets. They are comfortably light to handle, since they’re made out of aluminum, but the thick non-stick coating adds some heft to it and makes the surface feel almost like a cast iron skillet. Cooking with it takes some getting used to, make sure you read and follow the instructions. You will get best non-stick results if you pre-heat them for a couple of minutes at the average temperature you’ll be cooking at, instead of pre-heating them on high. It will cook very evenly and maintain the cooking temp very well no matter what kind of stove you use. And most importantly, the non-stick coating is free of any toxic chemicals and guaranteed for 10-years. The silicone handles are a nice touch and nice and cool to the touch. They can magically resist heat up to 400 F, though I have not tested that theory in the oven just yet. The sauce pans and pot come with a glass lid. Unfortunately those lids can not be used with the frying pans since they are different in diameter. For me that would have made this the perfect set. Either way, if you can afford it, I will still show this off and recommend it to my friends and family.

If you're looking for a non-stick set of pots and pans, you can't go wrong with this set. Fried eggs and omelets slide around in the pan without any added oil or fats. Grease and residue wipes right out of the pots and pans effortlessly, making for easy cleaning. After making a pot of rice, the residue, which usually takes some effort to remove through soaking and scrubbing, came right out with a sponge. The silicone handles make for easy handling. I put a pan in the oven at 350 and was able to easily pull it right out. The pans have a nice weight to them, which allows for decent browning for a non-stick surface, but still not as great as traditional stainless steel. However, bacon and sausage turned out nicely without any hassle. Overall, great set of pots and pans that makes cooking and cleaning super easy. The red color adds a nice touch as well.

Initial impressions of the Ninja Foodi NeverStick cookware is of very high quality. They all look and feel good, very well balanced, comfortable handles, and the red color of this vivid series really pops. We have an induction stovetop, and they work on it as was advertised. I am not sure if its our aging stovetop or the cookware that seems to cause my highest temperature to be lower than it was on my old stainless-steel set, however. That is my only issue with this set so far but with some known issues with my stovetop it may well be that it is past its prime and has nothing to do with the Ninja cookware. What we have cooked with them has been nice and even and nothing sticks to them including the caramelized sprinkles my 5-year-old likes in her pancakes that gave us a lot of trouble on the stainless pans. Time will ultimately tell how the non-stick surfaces hold up, but they really appear solid. It’s always nice to have a good cookware set. This does not disappoint. I appreciate that there are additional matching color pieces available as well should I decide to add to my set which is likely. I hope they wear well and last me a long time, and at least up front I feel like that is probable and that’s all I can ask.

The Ninja Foodi NeverStick 8-piece cookware set presents well right out of the box. The finish on all of the pieces was flawless, inside and out. The handles are nicely cast, securely attached with rivets (that won’t loosen with time like bolts can), have holes for hanging, and the silicone grips are precisely applied. The tempered-glass lids are rimmed with stainless steel and the seam weld is almost invisible, and their fit on the pots is excellent. Initial quality is great. Our current cookware is 23 years old, so I was excited to get the opportunity to try some new pans. My initial enthusiasm was short lived when I discovered that this new cookware was leaving marks on our one-year-old glass cooktop range (a not inexpensive GE model). I’m not sure if the issue is with the material used in the construction or if it is the design/texture of the bottom of the pans. The marring on the glass is readily visible to the eye under certain lighting and more importantly it does come off with cleaner made for glass cooktops. Our old set of cookware is hard-anodized on the outer surface, including the bottoms of the pans, and it has never left marks on this range or our previous range. The bottom of the Ninja cookware has some small circles that look like they are embossed in the surface, but the coloring makes it look like there are two different materials involved in the construction. I can find no mention made of why it looks like this, as the manufacturer’s information only states that the body of the pan is made of aluminum. The marring I saw was just from moving the pans around on the range after I did my initial washing of the set and from light use over a couple of days. It’s not like I was making popcorn and vigorously shaking a pan back and forth to keep it from burning while keeping in contact with the heated surface of the range. The non-stick finish applied to the interior of the pans has a unique texture to it. It feels almost like 180 grit sandpaper, and is not smooth like other non-stick finishes I am familiar with that is used for cookware. The performance of the finish when cooking food is outstanding, even when cooking some the hardest things to clean, such as eggs and cheese, and you don’t even have to use oil to prevent sticking. The pans will wipe almost perfectly clean using nothing more than a dry paper towel. Water in the pan will bead up like a freshly waxed car hood giving an indication of the amount of surface tension between the non-stick finish and the water. I can’t really speak to its long-term performance after only a couple of days, or ultimate durability as I couldn’t bring myself to vigorously attack the non-stick surface with metal utensils after decades of using plastic ones. A couple other things to be aware of is that none of the three lids in this set will fit either of the two fry pans in the set. Also the exterior finish is some sort of high-temperature paint rather than anodization and I don’t think the long-term durability will be the same - there is a ding on an edge after two washings, before and after the one use of the large fry pan. I suspect it happened in my stainless steel sink, so I can’t really fault the product, but rather my use of it. I’m going to give this set a 3-star rating only because I can’t overlook the way it left marks on our glass-top range. If you have a glass cooktop, I would be inclined to look elsewhere for pans. If I had a gas range, I would definitely consider Ninja’s Foodi cookware set that has a hard-anodized exterior finish which I think will be more durable in the long run, and it also has this same NeverStick interior finish.

Ninja has done a phenomenal job bringing high quality cookware at an affordable price. Fit and finish is top notch and the red enamel paint is very durable. I have been using the cookware as my mainstay in my kitchen for the last two weeks and it is now a permanent addition. The aluminum construction heats evenly and is relatively lightweight to use. The non-stick surface is top notch and I have had absolutely nothing stick on these pans (eggs, cheese, etc.). The handles are heavy duty and feel high quality. The rubberized handles also feel durable and it is all dishwasher safe. I have seen no discoloration or breakdown after multiple washings and am hopeful of its longterm durability. The only real negative of the cookware is regarding the handle length on the pans. They are long enough that the pan does not feel balanced overall. They definitely require strong wrists to use. Overall, Ninja has made fantastic cookware for a great price.

I previously had 3 different sets of pots and pans; 2 of them T-Fal that were over 15 years old, and then a set of Kitchen-Aid that I purchased last year. The oldest ones were definitely showing their age with the coating half scratched off and all had turned from "non-stick" to "super-stick", so I was very happy to receive the Ninja Foodi NeverStick cookware in exchange for my honest review. I have been able to use all of the pieces over the week I have owned them and I can say they absolutely live up to their name! I have done fried eggs, omelettes, and spaghetti sauce and this cookware is absolutely amazing; no butter or non-stick spray, all you do is preheat the pan for a minute or 2 and nothing sticks. Flipping eggs used to be a major pain point for me, with the NeverStick, it's effortless. Another highlight is the ease of cleanup afterwards. Because the surface seems to actively repel anything put in it, I found that just wiping with a paper towel gets this cookware spotless. Of course I still wash them, but there is no scrubbing or effort needed. Finally, it's important to point out 2 advantages of the NeverStick cookware over competitors that makes them unique: 1) You can use metal utensils and not harm the surface. It is obvious this is not the case for my prior pots and pans in looking at how those have fared through the years, but for the NeverStick, they advertise they are safe to use with your metal utensils and silverware. Of course, I have only used my set for a week, but you can find other long term online reviews of NeverStick cookware at 6, 8, and 12 months heavy use and they perform and look brand new, inside and out. 2) You can put these in the oven, including the lid, all the way up to 500 degrees. While I have not done this yet, I can see where this would be great with pasta dishes where you want to bake a layer of cheese onto your creation. So in closing, the Ninja Foodi NeverStick cookware set is a solid 5/5 stars. This is the best cookware I have ever encountered.

As a fan of Ninja products and a foodie in general, I’ve been wondering if they would ever branch into making cookware. We have several Ninja products in our kitchen ranging from blenders to air fryers, and this cookware set is a very welcome addition. Just as you would expect from the Ninja brand, this set feels extremely well made and super durable. It also looks really good in the red color hanging in our kitchen. The coating on these seems a lot more textured than my previous cookware sets. Since we are foodies and have special diets, we cook about 98% of our meals at home. We have tried every type of cookware available. From stainless steel, to ceramic, to “premium” non-stick. While the longevity of stainless steel is second to none, they are really difficult to cook with for some types of food and most certainly not non-stick. I feel like with Ninja boasting that you can’t scratch these even with metal utensils was worth the try for sure. Even so, I will still be using silicone and wooden utensils because I just can’t get there with metal on non-stick… yet. Other non-stick pans have claimed they are metal utensil safe, but almost always fail. In fact most of our previous non-stick pan sets have lasted on average, about one year. They seem to lose the non-stick over time no matter what price you pay. Granted we use our cookware every single day and throw them into the dishwasher, they should still last longer in my opinion. While we have only had these a short time, I cannot honestly comment on longevity, but I do trust the Ninja name and therefore I am hoping for the best. All that said, the textured coating on these seems to be really good at being non-stick. I have cooked all kinds of foods in these and have had zero problems with anything sticking. I use olive oil and avocado oil spray almost exclusively and both work great. In fact, I have been able to use even less oil than normal and that is better for health. This whole set is also fitted with oven safe handles making them safe to use both the pans and lids in the oven. A great selling point for a non-stick pan set. Previously we were only able to use our stainless steel sets in the oven. Just be careful of that stainless handle! My one complaint about this set is that the lids are sized to fit only one piece. For instance, the outer diameter of the large frying pan isn’t the same as the stock pot and so on. If the lids were interchangeable with more than one piece, I would have given this set a full five stars. As it stands, I would have given 4.5 if that was an option. Perhaps Ninja will re-think this in the future and then we would have the perfect set of non-stick pots and pans. All in all, I can easily recommend this set to anyone who likes to cook. In fact I have already done just that. Thank you for another excellent product, Ninja! PROS: Non stick surface is really great I love the color They heat up evenly and cook extremely well All of the items are oven safe Durability CONS: Lid sizes only fit one item

Aesthetically beautiful cookware set, light weight, excellent handles, sturdy feel, and great for electric heat stove top. The only feature missing is the little steam release hole or slide that is on some glass lid cookware sets. Out of the box this Ninja cookware set feels excellent in hand, It is very lightweight compared to other "non-stick" cookware we have. We immediately put it to the test with a simple test of grilled cheese with purposely spilling some cheese on to the cooking surface while cooking... Cheese seems to be a very good test for the non-stick of any surface and Ninja impresses! The grilled cheese was cooked evenly with easy heating of the pan. The cheese that was cooked directly on the surface just slid right off when rinsed. Next test was cooking a pot of shrimp alfredo... man, cooking with this set makes everything so easy while cooking and for clean-up. Pots and pans are cool to the touch when handling while cooking and make for a stress free meal plan. All the pans and pot heat fast and evenly. They appear to be very resistant to scratching as I used a metal spatula and scraped the bottom a little more than i wanted knowing it was non-stick, just out of habit from other pans that aren't quite nonstick. That being said, it left no evidence that I scraped the pan at all. Definitely impressed and this set has lived up to the name Ninja foodi Neverstick so far. I have yet to try cooking with them in the oven but that will be coming in the near future. I'm a little apprehensive with using these in the oven even though they are rated to do so.

When it comes to kitchen appliances, in Ninja, I trust. The Foodi NeverStick set also gets my vote in confidence (and, more importantly, my mother's vote). Our family is no stranger to non-stick pans. In fact a majority of our pans are non-stick. But the issue we had always run into them is that the "non-stick" becomes "stick" after a few months. Only time will tell if this NeverStick will fall into that same cycle, but after using this for a few days, here's what I think of it: Cosmetic: The red coating is gorgeous and super vibrant at first glance! We've usually stuck with the typical black or silver, but I'm happy we went with the red this time around. Silicone handles are comfortable and make me feel confident that these pots and pans won't slip away from my grip. Cooking: At first glance, you'll notice that there is a texture on them, not your typical non-stick flat surface. Naturally, this made me take a step back and question how well these NeverStick will perform. And boy, was I glad that I was wrong. It had passed the pancake and egg test with flying colors. Even with little oil or butter, I could cook the pancake and eggs without any issues, and cleaning the pan was just as easy with minimal effort and a drop of soap. The only downside was that it took a little longer for the pans to heat up compared to others, but it was expected given the thickness of the material. Overall, it's a great gift set if you're looking to get someone a housewarming/wedding gift!

I am posting this review after using the pans for less than a week. I say that because, in my experience, most cookware seems great at first. Then, in less than a year, starts becoming less "non-stick" and harder to cook with, and clean. Than being said, so far, this set is awesome. It's sturdy, very non-stick and very easy to clean. My 14 y.o. son was even able to make perfect over-easy eggs. I made a lettuce wrap meal, that involved, cooking up some ground turkey, onions and poblanos. As stated in the instructions, it's best to let the pan heat up for 2-3 minutes before putting food in. I noticed this insures the pan is evenly heated and ready for optimal cooking. The meal did not stick anywhere on the pan and was very easy to clean up. This set includes some very useful sizes for cooking a variety of foods. Coincidentally, our kitchen is already accented with red decor, so the color of this set really fits well for us. I hope this set proves to perform this well for us in the years to come.

This is a great little cookware set! Right out of the box, the set looks like it is of high quality. I love the red color as it adds a little color to the kitchen when cooking! As far as performance is concerned, we have been using these and have had no problems. Ninja recommends heating up the pans for a minute or 2 before you start cooking. The reason for this is that the non-stick performs perfectly when pre-heated. We have cooked eggs, chicken, all sorts of things that would stick to a normal pan but not these. As long as we pre-heat, nothing sticks to the pan whatsoever. As long as we continue to use silicone or wood utensils, this set will last us a very long time. 5 stars!!

I can't say I've ever used pots and pans that I have liked more than these Foodi NeverStick models. I've used these pans for fried eggs, breakfast sausage, sausage patties, burgers, and these pans have handled everything perfectly. I have even melted cheese in these pans and nothing got caked on or stuck. No matter what I have cooked, simple handwashing with soap and a sponge has removed any residue, leaving the pots and pans looking brand new. These pans have a bit of heft to them, making them feel quality. You can tell by handling the pans that the nonstick coating is tough and thick. I do not foresee having any issues with these pans or the nonstick coating for years to come.
