    I purchased this Shark hair dryer one month ago. It was the best dryer I’ve ever owned until it stopped working yesterday. I tried returning to Best Buy online, but the customer service was basically worthless, and would not make an exception to their policy. I’m now stuck with a $230 dryer that lasted less than a month.

    Have had this less than 9 months and has already quit working. Very disappointed and of course I have no proof of purchase or warranty. The gfci test button will not reset so it’s stuck in the off mode.

    Did not like it. For some reason, the hairdryer keeps stopping on us. Maybe overheating? I have to interchange between hot and the cool air for it to not stop

    I just received my third replacement .. purchased 4 months ago. Product is horrible and customer service at Shark is worse. I gave one star because giving zero stars was not an option

    Not for fine thin hair, Does not style, the cold shot button is placed where you can’t reach it, made my hair frizzy and burnt my ends

    Terrible product and since I was 2 days late returning I couldn’t get a refund only store credit which really sucks. Once I use the store credit will not ever shop at Best Buy again.
