I needed to buy a Windows based laptop so that I could relearn PC after being an Apple person for so many years. I’m pleased at how much easier It is to use now. As well, I love all features of this HP Laptop. As far as it being used. It was in like new condition.

The laptop was easy to setup and has performed well during the month that I have had it. I like the larger 15.6" screen.

needed a laptop for my college kid. She had a surface pro before but wanted a regular laptop because the surface pro didn't do everything she needed for college. So far she is pleased with it.

    Do NOT buy this laptop.

I had this computer for under a year before it started to break. The hinge completely broke off on the left side which led to the screen lifting from the case, and the entire case starting to come apart around the whole computer. This is especially disheartening because it is a TABLET computer, meaning you should be able to fold the laptop forwards AND backward to complete the tablet and laptop effect. I am no longer able to close the laptop at all and one wrong move sends the lid of the laptop flying backward. If you want to get a laptop with tablet capabilities, I'd recommend not buying one with only two hinges connecting the laptop together.
