So far so good. I’ve been having trouble with touchscreen chrome books so I decided not to get one this time. I like the quality of this & the sound isn’t too bad either.

Well worth the purchase. Although the layout could be better since the home looks empty when you first sign in. But in terms of quality and speed it's not bad at all.

this chromebook is worth the money! my kid is loving it because it's child friendly. i got this on sale too, just be patient for a sale on bestbuy. you would not regret it.

Many got it for streaming / watching movies it's running ok .the mouse doesn't work well tho.plus all I could afford. I just wish I could use my bank app .not compatible.

I got a factory damage computer. The LCD was missing pieces on the inside causing the screen to glitch and then some lines coming down the screen. Now it is not powering on. Like one thing after the next is going wrong. Its hard to get in contact with best buy because i live in the Bahamas. I needy money back.

Great Chromebook. I really love this item. It’s fast runs smooth. No over heating at all. Very quiet when you have it on for a while. Very easy to use. It basically plug in login to your google account and that’s it. Your online ready to to go. I love it. It’s display is very nice and clear and the speed is amazing. Very quick to uploading and download. If your looking to really just browse around internet this is a great quality computer to buy.

I got this as an alternate laptop for online education for my nephew. He liked it because it has a bigger screen than his previous 11inch laptop. It’s fast enough for online lessons and light enough for a young teen to carry around. This was a one of the best deals during the pre - Black Friday sale at BestBuy. On top of that, I was able to use some of the reward certificates I had during my purchase making it a super great deal over all.

Very good for the price and gets the job done worth the price

Honestly, such a good laptop. Purchased this for my fiancé as a gift and she has loved it. I’ve also been very impressed by it as I have my own pc and gaming laptop. But for this price, the screen might not be the best, and limited on features. But what it does have, is a really good laptop for browsing or uploading pictures while also having a really good battery life at a good price.

It has been years since my grandmother had used or even considered owning a computer of any type. My cousin recently got her into using a smartphone, to help her get reconnected with family and friends, but she expressed to me that it sometimes is just too small and just too much, and that she wanted to get a laptop or computer of some type. Well this Christmas the grandkids came through and got her this, and thus far she loves it. We went with a chromebook for the sake of simplicity. As an older person, the chromebook gets her where she wants to go, the internet, in just a few clicks. Plus, she’s become a bit of a Snapchat user lately for video calls, and being able to use android apps with a keyboard and mouse should hopefully make her experience a bit better, plus she has a bigger screen to see everyone! If you’re looking for a basic computer, that can handle web browsing, basic tasks in docs, and maybe even some playing around with android apps, that doesn’t leave much room for error, this is the best way to go.

This Chromebook is a nice product. It serves the purpose of browsing, learning and productivity using Google office suites. Excellent keyboard and nice display. Gives decent battery backup. Value for Money and highly recommended.

Grabbed this on sale on black Friday. It does everything its meant to do. Clearly it wont play many games outside of what's on google play but that's not what its made for. It does great as a school carry and homework station for my son when taking the heavier gaming laptops aren't really feasible. Battery life on this Chromebook is very decent, gets through a full day at school without issue. Has enough I/O to hook up to a monitor and add a keyboard and mouse. This chrome book is set at a good price, even more so when on sale. You are really getting a lot for the price you pay. HP is really making quality machines again, check out my review of the HP Omen 16.1 ceramic white. That is my personal gaming laptop at the moment and its amazing.

Great notebook for an excellent price. I have used it for many years now and it works just like new. The color is good and is fairly quick.

I love chrome books they are faster than others, this is a good size, somethings you need a desktop for but this works great and low cost when on sale, battery last long time and fast boot up.

I love Chromebooks for seniors and children. They are easy to navigate for those who are less experienced and they (usually) don't cost a fortune, so if an accident happens, they are not as difficult to replace. This is probably the 5th Chromebook I've purchased (2nd for Dad, 1 for my husband, and my 2 children). My Dad's previous Chromebook (Samsung) lasted about 5 years. He used it at home and while traveling every weekend. It quit charging and I could have replaced the battery or cable but upgrading to a newer Chromebook seemed a better economical choice. I highly recommend Chromebooks for their portability, easy streaming and on-line schooling.

No problems so far with my purchase and it was at a great price for a 14inch. Does the job school work, downloads, games, streaming, etc.
