I’m pleased with the Omen tower for the most part. My only issue is the problem with the integrated windows 11. For some reason or another, when the omen goes into sleep mode, it will NOT wake up or turn off via power button. You have to unplug it and re-plug it in to restart it. I stopped having this issue when I turned off sleep mode and reverted my system back to windows 10. Although I’m sure there are more efficient alternatives to fixing this, I haven’t explored them yet. The graphics card works smoothly for any demanding game I play, such as call of duty war-zone and vanguard, even with me setting all the graphics settings to ultra to test its performance. There is, however, an issue with the GPU and CPU reaching high sustained temperatures at an average of 170 degrees Fahrenheit. My understanding is the factory cooling fan isn’t sufficient enough and needs to be replaced with liquid cooling fans. Other than that, The RGB lighting and customization is wicked cool and offers a wide range of possible lighting configurations. This is my first PC so take what I say with two handfuls of salt, but any insight helps I guess. Lastly, I have nothing bad to say about the omen mouse. I have large hands and if fits and feels natural while using to browse or play, and my wife’s hands are half the size of mine and she also likes using the mouse. The side keys are well placed and shaped for smooth gameplay and the DPI configuration options offer up to 8 customizable levels which are color coded and can be activated by any button you assign it to, with a max DPI at 16k, also with customizable RGB lighting. In conclusion, either one of these products are great for beginners like myself in my opinion, and the silver lining about the issues I’ve experienced have helped me learn more about the internal components and troubleshooting with the PC!

Now this is a nice gaming system. All I did was update the Ram to 32GB and it is a real screamer. With the GEFORCE RTX 3060 graphics card with 12GB DDR6 at better that 3.3Ghz clocking and that is with out the overclocking capability she comes with Ready for any Game you can through at it. I have even had some new games that say it does not me its minimum standards because it does not recognize the card. Easy 60 base fps I am on CALL of Duty Vangard Warzone and average fps is 134 fps. Love this system nothing I am running is coming close to utilizing its bench mark capabilities. extra peripherals, Razer BlackWido V3 Mini HyperSpeed Keyboard, HyperX Cloud Stinger Core Wierless +7.1 audio Headset and mike, and the Logic tec MX ERGO Trackball (track ball is the only way to game with the PC) You can't go wrong with this unit

Fantastic PC. Runs my games on ultra graphics and is sooo quiet. Love the customization for the LED colors & fan speed. Overclocking is super easy. It’s so beautiful and elegant, but most importantly can run games super smooth. I’ve played FFXIV, Elden Ring, Fortnite, Overwatch, Assassins Creed Valhalla + Odyssey, Sims 4, Fallout 76 all at max graphics with ease. Comes with Windows 11 (which definitely has bugs, but hopefully improves over time). I have several programs open @ once including OBS, YouTube and Spotify. Has so many USB ports and startup was super simple. You will need to make a Microsoft acct. if you don’t already have one. If you don’t have time to build your own PC but want a great one, this thing is a beast. I love it.

Ive had the computer for 2 months right off the bat there is something people should knoe before purchasing. It will play your games to optimal hd and smooth...however there is a bug iwth the windows 11 not allowing the sleep to work. It has a very simple fix...turn off sleep mode and you can turn off your pc as normal. Other than that it makes some rattling noise...im assuming i have a wire somewhere lose inside of it. But other than that it works smooth and rgb lifht inside on the ram is nice.

I have had this desktop for over a year now, I bought it open box and I absolutely love it! It has been a beast with all the gaming and streaming I have put it through. It's still crazy fast at start up, doesn't seem to gather dust too awful quick. Overall, I am very happy with this computer! Please don't judge my cable management in the pic. I am limited on space for where it can sit LOL!

Awesome PC but it had a sleep mode issue where it wouldn’t wake up. A LOT of other users had this issue and I found dozens of reddit posts regarding it. Aside from that issue (which took intel didn’t even know how to fix it for a while) the pc is awesome.

I did not expect a prebuilt computer like this one to run as well as it does. It is my first time buying a prebuilt computer and I am not dissapointed. I am using to monitors with it at the moment and I guess it could use some cooling upgrades but out of the box this thing is a beast. Give it a try.

Great pc runs games even at highest graphical settings and has app to regulate fan speeds and watch temps.

Great gaming setup. Make sure you use the cords and display with the correct specs to get the best picture and refresh rate. They matter! We use hdmi 2.0 and display port 1.2 cords and the picture looks great. The monitor used is the curved Dell with the display port 1.2 and hdmi 2.0. The display / monitor/ tv refresh rate it’s ports specs and the cords need to match that to get higher refresh rates. My teen loves it.

Amazing starting pc, had this for 2 years with no issue at all, definitely would recommend to buy!

Great system and upgradable. Swamped in a ryzen 5800 and a pair vengeance pro rgb 16x2 3600 ram then a thermaltake 120 mm AIO all with no problems bios was ready for the xmp profile as well

This was my first PC I ever bought and it’s been great and amazing

So after a year of having it. It crashed. It just kept rebooting but wouldn’t pull windows up any longer. Other than this issue it’s been a wonderful pc.

It's overall an amazing PC for the value! The temps run just fine unlike alot of these "bad reviews" claim. The only thing i can think of that will overheat your system is if you overclock your ram, if you leave this setting alone your temps should be fine, while idle im getting low 50C while using applications and 63c while running games like Cyberpunk 2077 on high graphic output. I would suggest upgrading the ram because with steam, razer, and the omen app running you use 15-30% of your ram space, so adding another 16gb will absolutely help. One minor complaint i have is that the cable management inside the system is kind of an eyesore, but it's minor detail crap that overall doesnt matter.

So far I had no problems with this PC, its great and its 100 percent better than my last pc lol, but I love this pc and can play Games and VR with Quest Link Without any problems. But like how other people mentioned, It can get a bit hot sometimes, depending on what you use the pc for. For me so far, I just play games and vr, nothing too crazy, and Temps at max would be around the 70s or low 80s. In the future I will try getting some cooling for it but for now so far it has been great.

Worked right out of the box. First time I started gaming it did feel a little hot but after it adjusted? It stayed cool

First gaming PC ever and I’m very happy and impressed. This Pc runs most games and does all that you possibly can ask for. VR is also supported as well with this desktop. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a minimum pricing start to PC gaming !
