Awful computer, does not boot properly and my research shows this is common

Need better RAM. Other than that its an excellent product for my needs.

Sadly a huge disappointment. Not Best Buy’s fault by any means, and they were great in processing my return for something else. The 5800x is honestly just a very unstable CPU and not a great fit for this build. Constant Blue Screening with WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR, and black screen restarts NEW OUT OF BOX. Spent hours researching different possibly solutions and fixes but at the end of the day, it’s a brand new item and I shouldn’t have to research fixes to make something work and you shouldn’t either. Online studies show it’s a common issue with this model. Highly recommend going another route for gaming PC. Lots of other great options at Best Buy in the same price range.

had it for a month and i believe the power supply went out on it and it had a burn smell to it. but be4 it had went out on me. it was a excellent PC.

I have had it a week and nothing but issues. VERY DISAPPOINTED...Will not wake from sleep mode. Total Tech was an absolute joke. Waste of time and money.

i bought this prebuilt back in november and it is now july. It all started with subtle crashes here and there and as i would go to turn it on it would start then go off as it was having issues connecting to a power source. Well today was the day it hadnt been doing it as often and it finally quit working it wont wven power on the power supply is completely dead. save your money and get ome that actually had a good enough power supply to run the sustem. Im so let down and upset by this product.

Had it for 6 months or less computer is garbage, goes to sleep without option to turn it back on, best buy support is trash

Solid video card. Biggest problem: Many times, when it goes into sleep mode, you can’t wake it back up with mouse, keyboard, or even the power button, so you have to unplug it to restart it. This is a known issue for this computer to both BestBuy and HP The Wi-Fi card is mediocre at best. I get half the internet speed via Wi-Fi as other computers in the same location. Either hard wire directly to your router or swap out for a new one.

Loving it so far. It is surprisingly quiet. Runs super smoothly, and I also like a lot the esthetics. Got it opened box so that makes it even better. AND the 3060 ti is great! Been able to run all my games at 1440p between 60 and 110 fps (depending on the game)

A gaming PC without 5.1 surround although advertised in specifications as having it. Sad thing is the box even says it has it. HP says it means it's capable. So is it also "capable" of the other specs? Total rubbish. Not worth the price paid without a sound card.

It worked great for 3 weeks now it's blue screening and restarting randomly. Very dissatisfied with my purchase. No virus just whea_uncontrollable_error which is a hardware issue. Hardware issue after 3 weeks? sheesh

I have had nothing but issues since I have bought this PC. I have had Windows 11 issues. Graphics card issues, motherboard issues. I am constantly getting it repaired or fixed. DO NOT BUY THIS PC!

This product has had continuous issues. I exchanged my first one and the second unit had the same problems. HP doesn’t seem to have a good handle on the situation. I would avoid this product until HP fixes the issues.

Rep that sold me says this machine is good for btc mining and it performs way under par. Neer again i will buy a computer from Best Buy

Everytime pc goes to sleep will not wake up. Has to unplugged. Have to shut down everytime i get up or it locks up.

Not very good packaging and came with a bad gpu. I would not recommend

I thought about returning this product to get a Lenovo with a 3070 GPU during the black friday sales. However, the 3060Ti GPU and water cooled Ryzen 5800X has been absolutely great. Power Consumption, gaming and mining performance is great. I am not sure why people are complaining about high temps, probably defective products. I have had no issues with neither GPU or CPU. Consistent 69C GPU mining 61.5 MH/s, ~9kh/s CPU mining at 73C. Excellent Oculus VR performance via USB 3.0 cable. The only somewhat downside is I thought about adding another gpu for mining but there are no slots in the motherboard.

I’ve owned this pc since 2022. Still running perfect. Run all kinds of games/software. I love it as it was/is super easy to set up and get rolling. I’m a small streamer and it runs Twitch & TikTok live stream perfect. No packet loss or frame drops while streaming a MASSIVE game.
