This is a very compact laptop that is veru easy for traveling with. Slick design. Only reason I did not give a five star because O believed it could have be $50 less on black friday sales. However, I am.happy with my purchase.

Purchased this for my assistant, they found it very easy to use and very light to carry around the office. Would definitely purchase at this price point again.

It was received broken so had to return it to the store to get a refund and then reorder a new one for a replacement. Costed me time, money and a headache but the replacement worked better than the original purchase and is still working today in April 2024!

I recommend. I think the volume could be louder. I purchased this for Zoom meeting and It is working out well. This is my first time buying an HP.

This laptop is one of the best, the price was great. It has all the updated features you need. My son has not put it down since he got it. I would definitely recommend this product especially if your looking for a good deal.

Bought this laptop for my wife so she could go shopping on it. I help set it up for her and after finding all the info needed, it only took a few minutes. After using it that day I just might get one for myself. easy to use and get around in. Great graphics.

This laptop is on the cheaper end, but I think it is very good for the price. If you are looking for something for seaching the web, streaming video services, or playing music, this is a laptop for you.

Purchased this laptop for my daughter for Christmas. She absolutely loves it. It allows her to do everything that she needs to do. Ample space and memory. Very glad i purchased it. Great quality and value.

Exactly what my daughter needed. I was surprised that it was pretty quick. She’s loaded pics and docs on it without any slowing of the processor. She has an external hard drive for larger files because it doesn’t have much space. I’m so glad it’s working perfectly!

Great laptop, loved the mutli window accessibility. One flaw is the mouse pad was hard to toggle, clciked wrong side, click didnt work, loud clicks, and hard to see the mousepad

This machine was horrible. I couldn't get it to run two browsers at once. That seemed beyond its capabilities. Returned it within two days of purchase. Definitely not the computer for me.

For a not so tech savvy person, this laptop is great, I never once wanted to throw it across the room. That's what happened to my old one. It's really simple & not complicated to get set up, I am very pleased with my purchase!
