It was a disaster. Factory Failure. Can not turn on

Cannot manage any new program, you have to use what's on it or else you'll be dealing with lag and frustration.

Cheaply made. Not good for gaming. Bought item for child; very disappointing.

Worst laptop I ever purchased. Keyboard stopped working. Then when it did work, keys stuck and had to press them twice to get the letters to print. Slower than the 20 year old laptop I have now. Took forever to sign on or log in. Keyboard would not configure with laptop. External keyboard would not work with laptop. Bad choice on my part I guess. Never again.

It’s an inexpensive computer. Great for watching movies for travel. But it did glitch a couple times. Not sure if wifi service or the actual computer.

Lightweight, bright screen and seems to have enough memory. Biggest problem is the touchscreen sensitivity. Even after adjusting settings, it still opens every thing I scroll over and makes it impossible to search and move around on the screen. Thought I could get used to it, but it's getting worse, not better.

Will never buy again it just stop working out of no where and this is the 3rd Hp they did this too me

you get what you pay for its good to watching yt and school work as well but not good for discord unless u use the bowser for discord

This laptop is trash. I just missed the return window i really wish i could return it. My issue is the computer will just stop typing for no reason. You can hit the keys and nothing will happen. I even thought it was sticky keys but its not, i turned it off completely so its not that. I missed a half a day of work because I couldn't type at all in there system. But when id go to my desktop it worked. I blamed there system But i had an issue with the computer not typing while i was finishing up an application for a new home, a week before this issue. So i knew it was the computer, I had to restart then it worked for 2 minutes and stopped again, i should have taken it back then because it was still in the return window at that time. Since then i have had this issue at least 5 times. I didn't get a warranty on it and I wish i did because now im stuck with it. Other than that issue it's ok. I can just live with out all the pop up reminders and crap that HP offers. I don't care about all that stuff I just need a reliable computer for work thats all. Its like your never completely done with your setup its always something popping up saying download this or lets add this. UGH..

It only worked for 4 months then it gave out used for office work and children homework.

It is a decent laptop for simple tasks. It starts to freeze up terribly once you need multiple things running.

A little slow at times but I’m only using it for school so it works okay for that without having to spend a ton of money.

I ordered this as an open box online and the first problem was the power cord was missing. I went to a Best Buy near me and they were able to get me a cord. I plugged it in when I got home and there were errors popping up saying there was no hard drive and then saying there was no operating system. Too many errors for something that shouldn’t have happened the first time I turned it on. I was able to return it to, but the person issuing me the refund was very rude. I still wanted the computer, but I was given no other option than to return. I’m sure if this would have been new, I wouldn’t have had any issues. I wouldn’t trust an open box item (this one said it was in excellent condition).
