When I contacted Best Buy warranty department, they said all agents were busy, contact later rather than put me in a que. I will never purchase from Best Buy again!

Doesn't make updates. Now the caps lock is off and it still types in caps. The power button is awful. You have to hold it down forever to turn on. There are so many negative things to say about this computer! What a waste of a couple hundred bucks!

I called Best Buy but the person I spoke to couldn't understand English well enough for us to be able to have a conversation. I decided to just return the laptop and get my money back. Unfortunately they're keeping $14 for returning it to them. I will never buy anything from them again!

While the design is pretty, it’s not worth the money and was a horrible decision. All the great reviews about it had me fooled. Not to mention it runs slow and is pretty boring. The battery also runs low quickly.
