The computer uses have the ram just for the operating system. Terrible computer and terrible advice from the employee.

It was so slow! This is my first PC in 12 years. I can see why MACs are so much better. I only used this for a weekend and returned it. I guess you get what you pay for.

Not to mention the whole buying experience to the returning experience was extremely frustrating and difficult. Haven’t even received a refund and they received my return 11 days ago!
