Faster printing than all other home model printers I have owned in the past 30 years (Brother, Epson, HP). A work horse like the sturdy HP laser jet 1020, but also very quiet. A very convenient low volume copier, and extremely compact (compare dimensions to the ballpoint pen resting on top). Extremely satisfied ! Especially delighted with the automatic toner supply service. My printer orders a new toner online, and the replacement is automatically on our doorstep before we even notice the toner is running low!

Love the fact that all of my needs — printing - scanning - copying — are taken care of in one compact piece of equipment. It’s a laser printer versus inkjet which is also my preference. Used for personal needs and for use in my role as president of an HOA board. Always meets my needs. Very small— and that is my preference — fits easily on desk top. Very reliable overall. One thing that is troublesome is that the blue tooth can be ‘persnickety’ - periodically I lose connection from some of my devices (cell phone, tablet, laptop) and need to reboot the printer. Not frequently,0 but on occasion - which is inconvenient, as I am not always printing from the same location as the printer. Still, I highly recommend this multi function device. Plus the price is right - great value for your money.

When prompted to replace the color ink cartridges in my old 8600 HP, price tag about $100, and no longer needing the color option, I shopped around for alternatives. Fortunately, I once again headed for BB. Lucky I found a friendly, patient, knowledgeable sales person walking me through replacement options, demonstrating how each would work. We came up with the HP-Laser Jet M140we black and white printer for about the same price as one replacement cartridge!! I would have rated my new printer 5 stars had the set up been easier. The good news, my sales person at BB let me know there was backup from BB and/or HP... I needed it. I am elderly, not computer savvy!! Turned out HP quickly provides a phone number, connecting to an actual human who walked me through the long set up process on my MACBOOK. (aren't many companies offering this level of support besides AMA, Instacart, eBay and Apple). Now that my HP is set up, I love it: it's small, easy to use. Best Buy seems always to come through for all my home appliance needs :-)

Very happy and very satisfied with its print quality. Fits my basic needs to print out business & leisure receipts or information I want from my phone. I love this cute looking printer and scanner. And the free six months refills are so convenient! Definitely recommended if you’re looking for simple, reliable, charming compact printer and scanner. I use the printer more than the scanner, but I’m still happy to have the scanner to use as I need.

I was previous anti-HP printer but out of need I purchased this as the only one in its size class. Now that I no longer need color its been a great little printer. Easy to set up, easy to run - just having a touch of issue printing from my phone - gotta figure that out. Quite happy with the purchase.

Great printer for people that don’t use their printer very often. I’ve owned numerous ink jet printers over the years and the problem is that if you don’t print very often, the ink dries up and I’ve had to purchase new cartridges in order to continue printing. Buying this laser jet printer has solved that dilemma and it’s worked perfectly every time, even if we don’t use it very often.

I switched from an Inkjet to a Laserjet printer as I kept having trouble with the jets on the former drying and blocking due to the fact that I use the printer only occasionally. The Best Buy sales person said that although the laserjet cartridges cost slightly more to replace, they don't need to be used regularly. So far, so good. The 600x600 resolution doesn't seem to be as dense as what I'm used to with the Inkjet, but the pages print super quick and clear, that is, no broken type like I was getting with my HP Smart Tank Plus 550. I started with the B/W M140 at one office and have since added a Color M182 to my primary location.

I am VERY pleased with my HP Laser Jet M140we purchase. It has been trouble free-no problems with ink cartridges, perfect for b/w copies quickly and inexpensively. I am so glad I went with this printer--per recommendation from my BestBuy consultant in the store. She took the time to assess my needs and suggested this perfect purchase.

One mains cord. There is no internet slot for a cord to connect to a computer. Managed online via Wi-Fi.

Pretty straight forward. Great value for home printing. No dealing with ink mess. Only downfall you are forced by HP to register for their online profile to finish the set up. Just annoying it can’t be skipped permanently

We needed this for legal documents and a few other things. Not perfect but does well.

Constantly disconnecting from WiFi and exclamation point won’t go off. Planning to return

I like this printer and a scanner. It doesn’t have two-sided printing feature, but I t’s very compact. I’m not a heavy user, so I cannot say how it works when much printing is needed. For me this printer is great fit for my purposes. I use it with WiFi and can print from my laptop and iPhone.

Replaced a ten year old ink jet HP with a laser jet, small footprint printer. It’s so quiet, fast and the print quality is impressive. I like having a toner cartridge instead of those little inky things. Great value.
