Customers are saying
Customers consistently note the strong suction and lightweight design of the Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum, making it easy to use and maneuver. Many appreciate the self-emptying feature and the included attachments, which enhance cleaning versatility. However, some users wish for a more powerful motor and a larger dustbin. The cordless convenience is a significant plus for many, though the battery life is a point of discussion.

Battery life is perfect for me.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really do enjoy the convenience of this cordless vacuum. The self cleaning option on this is something that I was not expecting to enjoy like I have been. I was hesitant on purchasing due to the battery life but I’ve found out that it is more than what I even need at home. Works out great!

I Love it!!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's lighter than my Dyson V15. It's convenient, mostly because after every vacuum with a touch of a button the canister is clean and ready for another day while still looking so futuristic and luxurious sitting in my living room.

Luxury vacuum that gets the job done
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After using this vacuum for about a month, Lu can definitely say that this vacuum was worth it. The power might not be the best of the best, but it absolutely gets the job done! The cleaning station is wonderful, and easy to use/clean! After regular use for a month, we haven’t even filled half of the bag, so those definitely last a good bit. All the accessories work great as well. And it looks incredible in the entryway to our living room, definitely a luxury vacuum!

Packaging was questionable but product is amazing
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Super lightest, cordless, 2 batteries, self cleaning. This vacuum takes convenience to another level. I cant pick one feature that I love but I will point out this. I will never take for granted being able to go from room to room without having to disconnect and reconnect to a power source. This vacuum is exactly what you pay for, CONVENIENCE.

Beautiful & Versatile, But Needs More Oomph
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let me just start by saying that I applaud Samsung for making a vacuum that a cleaning freak like me not only likes, but also thinks is very stylish. We have kind of hit peak vacuum and need to think about how to make the 'experience' of vacuuming better and to make it work better for our homes. The Samsung Bespoke Jet is not only supremely easy to use, it actually looks nice sitting out in the open in my family room. Granted it is in the corner near the plug, but it is not stashed away in a closet, and actually goes with the color palette of the room extremely well. That being said, I am a clean freak and while the Bespoke Jet is a very good vacuum, it's power is not quite up there with other vacuums in this price range. While this is partially because of the balance between usability/versatility and build quality, I also just think that certain other vacuum makers might still just have the better suction technology. I'm going to break this down into the things I love and the things I dislike: Love: 1. Stylish like a supermodel! The blue and silver coloring on this thing is absolutely gorgeous and the styling is so on point, Architectural Digest wouldn't move it out of frame for a photo shoot. How many people can say their vacuum is sexy? 2. Accessories and accessory station are great and stylish as well. The Bespoke Jet comes with virtually every accessory you need, and the 'tree' holds them all in a nice and neat package that also charges your extra battery! There are a few other accessories that I don't think have shipped yet but the accessory tree will have an add-on arm that will hold those accessories as well. Pretty cool. 3. Swappable batteries. I love the fact that not only can I swap out batteries for big cleaning jobs (though I was able to do my entire 3000 sq/ft home on one battery charge), but I also don't have to worry about what to do with the vacuum once the battery stops working (like I have with a couple of other editions of the expensive vacuums from the other big maker). They also charge fairly quickly in either dock (the one on the main stand while attached to the vacuum as well as the accessory stand for the detached battery). 4. Variable power and power meter. The multiple modes and the battery meter on the vacuum handle make it easy to change power levels to best match your surface and also makes sure that you know where you stand power-wise. 5. Light and comfortable to use. The Bespoke Jet is remarkably light and is stellar for use on stairs. You also don't feel like you just hit the gym after vacuuming the whole house, which may or may not be a good thing if you count vacuuming as exercise when you tell your doctor you 'exercise' all the time! 6. Able to reach into places I have NEVER been able to get a vacuum before! The main vacuum head is so nice and compact and the fact that the vacuum bin is mounted on the top of the vacuum make it easy to get this thing flat on the ground and under virtually ALL of my furniture! Normally I have to use something like a Swiffer to clean under my couch and love seat but now one device can take care of the whole house. 7. The dock/empty station. THIS THING IS SO COOL! I hate emptying out the dust bin on my other vacuum and I feel like I let out half of the stuff I just vacuumed up when I do it. Not with the Bespoke Jet. Drop the vacuum on the stand, push the button, and et voilà! Everything is sucked into a sealed waste bag never too see the light of day again. Changing the bag is a breeze (and Samsung even gives you two extra in addition to the one installed already), and you can't accidentally leave the base station without a waste bag because you can't close the door otherwise. Don't Like: 1. Needs more power. Even on the max setting, I don't get the vacuum lines the way I like on my carpet. With that being said, there is such a thing as too much power and my previous vacuum from the big D vacuum maker actually damaged my installed carpet in a few rooms. It would be nice if they could boost the power by maybe 25-30% and that would be the real sweet spot. Now, this is not going to be as much of an issue for me soon because I will be pulling up the last of the carpet in my house this summer and will go all hard-surface everywhere. The Bespoke Jet has tons of power for that! 2. Dust bin size needs to be bigger. My house is not a dirty place (I'm a clean freak), but this thing fills up WAY too quickly and I have to make several runs to dock/empty station during a whole house clean. 3. The trigger guard. I love that the Bespoke Jet has a simple on/off and not a trigger. It makes it much nicer to grip the vacuum and allows me to move my hand to best adjust my grip for wherever I am vacuuming. But there is a trigger guard like there was a trigger and THIS gets in the way of me holding it sometimes and I have scraped my index finger on it a few time. Plus I keep feeling like I have to squeeze a trigger with it there. I'm sure this will go away after some more time but still, it isn't needed. Shave off a few more ounces and get rid of it Samsung! 4. Fit of certain pieces in the vacuum assembly. There are a few pieces in the main bin/motor assembly that I think need better joining/sealing. I noticed just after two runs/emptyings with the vacuum that quite a bit dust had already wedged into places that the base station didn't have enough power to pull out. Now while I was able to easily disassemble to vacuum and wipe these areas out with a damp paper towel, the vacuum would stay much cleaner looking and probably cause less wear and tear, if these areas lined up better. I'm mostly talking about crevices towards the back of the bin closest to the grip. Conclusion: As you can see the loves totally outnumber the don't likes by a fair margin and one of those don't likes isn't really all that bad. This is a great vacuum by Samsung and if they were to bump the power and bin size by just a smidge, it would probably be THE best vacuum on the market. As it is, it is a great choice for someone who mostly has hard surfaces in their home, likes to get everywhere with one device, and has a serious sense of style. Oh, and who also may not have a ton of storage space in the closet. The Samsung Bespoke Jet is a gorgeous and versatile vacuum, that, while expensive, would be a great addition to any neat freaks' home. It may be the only vacuum you ever need if Samsun continues to make the batteries and waste bags.

Very Good Cordless Vacuum System
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the Bespoke Jet a lot. I wasn’t so sure about switching to a battery-powered vacuum. Prior to this I’ve used a full-size Shark vacuum for the past 4 or 5 years and I’ve been really happy with it, but it’s big and heavy and corded and kind of a pain to take out, so it’s normally reserved for the days I’ve dedicated to vacuuming. With the Bespoke Jet it’s super easy to just lift it off the charging base and start vacuuming, whether it’s a mess I’ve made or just a room I’ve noticed is getting a little dirty. The suction isn’t as good as my Shark, but it’s so much more convenient not just due to it being cordless but also with the base that charges and empties the vacuum. It really does take a lot of the hassle out of vacuuming. The box includes the vacuum, charging base, a decent amount of accessories, and an accessory stand. The charging base also empties the vacuum via a bag system similar to some higher-end robot vacuums, but it’s quite large, so you’ll want to make sure you’ve got a space in your house to dedicate to it. This isn’t a vacuum that’s meant to live in your closet and fortunately it looks really great. I have the dark blue model and it has a very modern look that I’m happy to have on display. Both the charging base and accessory stand will charge the 2 included batteries, but if you plan to use that on the accessory stand it does require another outlet. The vacuum itself is a pretty standard stick design. The dustbin is near the handle and does feel like it's on the smaller side. It lifts rights out of the charging base and has a telescoping adjustment to accommodate multiple heights. The accessory tools are easy to attach and remove. I also really appreciate the inclusion of the stand as it makes getting to everything a lot more convenient versus other vacuums where you could maybe store an accessory or two on the vacuum but the rest were just thrown in a bag. Vacuuming with the Bespoke Jet has been a generally positive experience. It’s lightweight and very easy to handle on bare floors and carpet, though we do have one rug that’s particularly deep that I struggled to move it on. The default setting when you turn it on is ‘MID’, which provides suction I would call adequate in most circumstances and there’s a small LCD display with + and - buttons that let you adjust the power level. The MAX power level I would say was more on the power level I was hoping for and you can step it up one further to JET, but I didn’t find JET to be necessary most of the time. The dual brush system Samsung uses is something I’m familiar with on my Shark and does a great job picking dirt and hair on both bare floors and carpet. I don’t think a battery-powered vacuum in general is going to match its corded equivalent in terms of suction, but I was very happy with the job it did on my house. It was also runs fairly quiet at the MID setting, which is nice. The included attachments are all good and I especially like how the pet tool did on my furniture. There’s even a mopping attachment that I may look into in the future. One thing I did find with the vacuum is that it is not suited for the kind of non-standard messes you’d use a shop vac for. My wife has been doing a lot of ceramics projects, which generates quite a mess. I found that the dust from this clogged up the Bespoke Jet and I ended up having to take it apart and clean all the filters, which fortunately ended up being an easy task all the components are washable under the sink. It’s something to be aware of though. Regarding battery life, at the MID setting you get about 25 minutes of vacuuming time and stepping that up to MAX drops it to a bit less than 20 minutes. At the highest JET setting the battery life is less than 10 minutes. Fortunately the MAX setting did well in pretty much any scenario where I was left wanting by MID. With the 2 batteries cycling between MID and MAX I felt I had more than enough time to cover my entire 1800 sq-ft house, though I would call the 120-minutes quoted battery life by Samsung a bit misleading since that is quoted using the lowest power setting and no motorized attachments. When the vacuum is placed in the base it starts to charge, but it does not automatically empty the bin; that is done via a small button around the back. The bin emptying process pulls the lid off of the dustbin and sucks everything down to a bag in the base. The whole process is a little noisy, but it takes maybe 5-10 seconds at most. One thing to watch out for though is when you lift the vacuum out of the base after this the dustbin WILL be open and must be closed manually. The vacuum will run when the dustbin is open. I learned this lesson the hard way when I went to clean up a mess and ended up just making more of a mess because it shot straight out of the vacuum again. I’m not super stoked about having to purchase bags for this, but thankfully they don’t appear to be terribly expensive and Samsung gives you two extra in the box. Besides a few quibbles I’m very happy to have the Bespoke Jet vacuum. It’s a pricey system, but I think Samsung nailed the most important stuff.

A True All In One Vacuum System
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Samsung's Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum system is Samsung's latest vacuum and looks to compete against some of the best cordless systems. After testing, it has surpassed my expectations. The Bespoke Cordless Vacuum system comes with lots of accessories; everything you need and more to start cleaning the floors in your home. Out of the accessories included, I was very glad an accessory dock (also doubles as a battery charging dock) and an extra battery were included. Other accessories included are a jet dual brush (for floor cleaning), pet tool, combination and crevice tool (my most used ones), flexible tool, accessory cradle, all-in-one clean station, and three dustbags. Assembling the vacuum itself was easy and I was able to start using it quickly. From the traffic my floors and furniture sees from my kids and pets, all of the accessories have come in handy. The Bespoke cordless vacuum worked well on all floors I vacuumed including tile, wood, and carpet while using it on the default Mid setting. It comes equipped with 4 different suction speed modes (listed from lowest to highest): Min, Mid, Max, and Jet. While it is tempting to use the highest speed setting each time, I find the Mid suction setting works perfectly fine for vacuuming floors and most messes needing the handheld brush option. What I found that helps the vacuum capture messes on floors even when on the lowest suction setting is that the jet dual brush spins as it is pushed across the floor. The spinning motion helps grab hairs and small pieces of trash. To vacuum pet hair and very fine dust I did end up switching to a higher suction mode as some dust and hairs were left behind when just using the Mid setting. When the cordless vacuum is full or is done being used, it rests on the All-in-one cleaning station. If the cleaning station is connected to an outlet, it can be used to empty out the trash from the vacuum and the battery can be re-charged. It is able to open the door to the cordless vacuum trash container and suck the trash from it with the click of a button. When the cleaning station’s bag is full, the button lights up notifying the user the bag needs to be changed out. Samsung has really shown they've thought through the details of their vacuum. The LED screen on the cordless vacuum shows the battery's charge, vacuum cleaning speed and time duration of the battery. This personally is the biggest plus for me! When switching the accessories to use for cleaning, the cordless vacuum can also distinguish the accessory in use and adjust the duration of the battery before it is fully discharged. Its smart technology is impressive. Now for the cons. The battery life of the batteries themselves I feel could be better. When the vacuum is turned onto the Mid setting, the cordless vacuum with the floor attachment (jet dual brush) lasts about 24 minutes. On the Min setting it lasts roughly 42 minutes, on Max 14 minutes, and on Jet 8 minutes (highest suction setting). While Samsung compensates the battery life by including an extra battery, I would love to see better battery life from each battery. This is not enough for me to deduct a star as when comparing to other vacuum brands as it is common. After using the Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum for several weeks, I can definitely recommend it to those looking for an all in one cordless vacuum solution. Having all the accessories you will need for every day and even special need messes, Samsung has made sure you are able to get the most out of their new vacuum system. As previously mentioned in the beginning of the review, this system has surpassed all of my expectations and can see it lasting me several years of vacuum cleaning messes. Samsung's cordless vacuum brings the most bang for its buck.

Makes cleaning even easier
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I live in a 3500 sq ft farm house, with no carpet, a handful of rugs, multiple pets, and red clay mud. This review is based on a month of use and abuse for the Samsung Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum. The vacuum arrived well packaged, with minimal assembly required. The setup is easy and intuitive, it took less than 10 minutes for my 11 year old son to get it set up and I'm positive he didn't use instructions to do so. In the box is the cleaning station with power cord, accessory caddie with power cord for charging your backup battery, accessories, vacuum, batteries, and extra HEPA filtration bag. The accessories include a telescoping wand, pet hair tool, crevice tool, soft bristle tool, and a flex tool for getting places that requires more of an angle. One of my many favorite features is the fact that you can mix and match combinations as needed. If you do not need the telescoping wand, don't use it, instead you can attach the accessory directly under the waste bin. This is great for vacuuming out vehicles! My next favorite feature is the charging caddie. All accessories have a dedicated spot in the caddie, where they lock into place. There is also a charging slot for the battery on the caddie, meaning you'll always have a backup battery ready to go when needed. This is my first vacuum with a cleaning station, and it is, 1000%, a game changer. Before my children would use a vacuum until the canister was so packed with junk that it was impossible to get clean, or to empty without having to manually pull the dirt and hair out of the canister. With the All In One Clean Station, you place the vacuum on the station, hit the button and the suction opens the canister and pulls the debris into the HEPA bag, stored out of sight within the station. The suction will pulse to get all of the debris, including hair wrapped around the filter. Once the debris is removed, the suction can be turned off, and you can then use the station as easy, compact storage as well as a charger for the vacuum. The only learning curve is to remember to close the vacuum canister lid when taking the vacuum off the station. It's typically a mistake you only make once, but the only minor flaw I found in this overall excellent setup. As far as features of the vacuum, the differences that set this Samsung stick vacuum apart are the various power levels combined with the tool options. I have not yet found something this vacuum doesn't do well. It pulls up pet hair from furniture, dirt from the wood floors, long teen hair from the bathroom tile. There are four levels of suction - min, mid, max, and jet. Each setting will have a different impact on the battery life, with the min setting lasting 45 minutes, and jet setting lasts approximately 20 minutes on a full charge. I love the jet suction level for the extensive amount of pet hair under furniture, cat litter stuck in wood floor joints, HVAC intake and vent cleaning, and getting up dirt clumps that the kids track in. Otherwise, I find that the mid level is sufficient for most day to day needs. Overall, this vacuum is versatile, it replaces my traditional HEPA bag vacuum due to how lightweight it is with still providing the necessary suction to tackle the full range of needs in my house. The suction levels, combined with the various accessory connection options means there isn't anything I have in this house, or the vehicles, that I have to use a different vacuum for. I highly recommend it to someone who needs the space saving of the cleaning station, the organization of the caddie, and the desire to only have one easy to use vacuum.

Outstanding performance with looks to match.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Samsung - Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum with All In One Clean Station Samsung seems to understand what’s important for us as we buy a vacuum for our 2800sqft home. Of course we want everything. Suction power, convenience, flexible functions and self-contained, efficient storage are paramount. The Samsung Bespoke delivers all of that and wraps it into a package that gets kudos for its looks. Our observations about how effectively it works are detailed below. Preview: this is potent appliance with power to match its looks. SETUP: Samsung’s Bespoke stick vac rewards my bad behavior of ignoring instructions. The Bespoke offers one of the most sophisticated but also easiest modern stick vacs to setup for immediate use. Even the controls are intuitive. Out of the box, both(!) of the provided batteries indicated under 30% charge so they should be inserted into the vacuum location and the Accessory Cradle location. The Clean Station and Accessory Cradle both plug in, so the in-use battery and the reserve battery are always ready to use. Battery charge level indicators are on both items. OPERATION / PERFORMANCE: After setting the “language” on the control panel, you’re ready to go. The (+) and (-) buttons cycle through 4 suction power levels. The display panel above the control buttons also shows helpful notifications: Low Battery; stuck objects; Filter not inserted; clogged; clean microfilter; and status of energy saving mode. Our subjective evaluation of the sound quality was that the noise level was generally similar to other high quality vacs we’ve used at the two lower speeds. At MAX and JET, the volume increase was accompanied by a frequency lift into a more annoying pitch, but not dissimilar to other vacs in the higher price range.. The rushing air was “softer/lower” at those lower speeds. I measured the sound level using my uncalibrated iPhone dB App. Measurements were all taken at 3 feet and 10 feet away. I summarized, and I provide a simplified, subjective feeling about cleaning effectiveness SETTING - @3 feet; @10 feet; cleaning effectiveness - MIN - 71dB; 64dB; daily light dust pickup; adequate on bare floors. - MID - 72dB; 68dB; will capture tracked-in debris, dirt, sand; cleans low pile carpet. - MAX - 72dB; 75dB; everyday cleaning on rugs, carpets; lifts noticeable dirt; go-to for deeper cleaning. - JET - 72dB; 80dB; overkill for most vacuuming, and suction on deep carpeting requires extra effort. The suction, as expected, increases noticeably at each higher power setting. Even at the lowest setting you can feel the effectiveness of the suction. It is superior to all of the previous high end stick vacs we’ve used in the past few years. Despite a somewhat heavier canister head, all the attachments slip on and off with ease, work nicely, have significant amounts of suction, and will get any cleaning task accomplished. The primary cleaning attachment, the Jet Dual Brush, is very easy to maneuver, gets low to the floor for reaching under furniture and gets right up to baseboards without much effort. It makes the entire vacuuming experience so much easier, and pretty much removes my concerns about motor head weight. I do wish it had lights, but I just like lights on everything. The telescoping pipe is a set and forget for me, but it’s nice to be able to customize for my comfort. The complete set of crevice, pet, combination and flexible joint tool are all nice add-ons that will get used. The CLEAN STATION is extremely well thought out, but with one important advisory. Firstly, it’s great looking. You’re not quite sure what you’re looking at, initially, but then you realize Samsung has created a very attractive and very functionally useful accessory for this effective stick vac. It looks like a structurally robust hanging rack for your vac. But it’s more than that. After you place your vac on the foolproof stand, you can push the cradle’s power button and it will pop open the dust canister and suck out every spec of dust into a replenishable collection bag. It works. However, YOU MUST remember to close the canister door before you begin your next vacuuming session. It becomes second nature, but you will get a rude surprise if you’re inattentive. SUMMARY: We’ve owned a few high end vacs over the past several years, as this product category has become a fierce battleground of competing manufacturers. Some manufactures dazzle with Apps and blinking lights. I suppose you could argue the Samsung is not terribly flashy (but still pretty). It gets the important stuff right. It has power-to-spare and delivers it at reasonable increments so we can decide what’s useful for us. That extra battery extends vacuuming time. Convenience and noise are handled nicely. The Bespoke has useful attachments on board, stores them perfectly, and makes it easy to attach and detach. And, wow, it looks great. We recommend it highly.

Everything you could ask for in a stick vacuum
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It wasn’t that long ago I would have told you there’s no way a cordless stick vacuum could perform as well as a plug-in model. Well, thanks to the Samsung’s latest technology piled into the new Bespoke Jet cordless stick vacuum, I am now eating those words. After owning a previous Samsung stick vacuum that’s only a couple years old now as well as other late model high end models from other manufacturers, I am now firmly vested into anything Samsung has to offer in the vacuum market as they, in my opinion, perform way better than the competitors. When I first heard of this vacuum and what it was capable of, call me weird but I was genuinely ecstatic as a keeper of clean floors… and anything else in my household. When the Bespoke was delivered I was just as much excited and overtaken as the box was HUGE; like average kitchen appliance HUGE. Needless to say, the delivery definitely took a toll on the box being that it was as large as it was. If you can find one in the store, I would suggest getting it there where it probably was shipped in bulk versus having it shipped by a service to your residence. After hauling in the relatively ginormous box in comparison to other stick vacuums and unpacking this beast, we noticed that due to the damage to the box caused during the delivery the instructions had fallen out somewhere along the way. Even with the instructions missing, I was easily able to piece together the parts included in the box and get everything set up properly within about 10-15 minutes. And, thanks to Samsung’s responsive customer which I have worked with in the past, they had a digital copy sent my way within a day which really wasn’t required for set up but did confirm that I was also missing the extra debris bags included with the bag in which they overnighted me as well. After the vacuum and additional included battery were fully charged, I was off and cleaning. The vacuum itself is relatively light, balanced, and easy to maneuver in most environments. I love the simple push power button that is ergonomically located on the handle trigger function you must hold down as found in other manufacturers and the +/- motor speed buttons on each side of the power button which you can toggle between four speeds including the jet speed which is incredibly powerful. I was easily able to switch between hard floors, small rugs, thick rugs and carpets with no issues other than having to manually change the speed to match what you’re cleaning as it could stop the spin of the brush. However, if it does stop the brush whether you’re vacuuming too high or suck up something that gets stuck, it is very easy to fix and troubleshoot by simply turning the vacuum off and back on. In some occasions when you suck something up that gets stuck in the brush or the cannister, you may have to turn the vacuum off and do some more troubleshooting that was still relatively simple. The battery lasts very long depending on the speed setting you select during cleaning and having mostly waterproof vinyl floors throughout our 3500 square foot house, I have yet to even tap into the second battery included in the box. They also included a convenient accessory caddy with a handle with the Bespoke that carries and charges the additional battery along with all the other attachments which include the smaller spinning brush attachment, the thin crevice attachment and the attachment with the fuzzy brush at the end that is great for cleaning our truck and boat. One of my favorite functions of the Bespoke model is the charging and dust bin station. No more having to worry about sucking up your airways all the dust you just vacuumed while you’re banging the cannister on the side of your trash bin… yes, we all do that even though the instructions say not to… you simply must rest the handle/cannister back in the main cradle and push the button on the front. The cradle performs a series of high-power suctions to empty the cannister into the disposable dust bin avoiding all that dust and allergens you see blowing up into your face every time you vacuum. Let me tell you what a relief this is for someone who suffers from yearlong allergies. This is by far the best wireless stick vacuum set up I have ever used and prefer it over any make/model of wired and wireless vacuum I have used to date and would recommend it to anyone in the market for one as a long term investment in cleaning as I have had no regrets thus far and don’t anticipate any in the near future after using it for the past few weeks.

|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m a big fan of vacuums in general, but more specifically cordless handheld and stick vacuums, I just like the way they are constructed, very modern looking and designed differently than the vacuums of yesteryear. Enter Samsung‘s newest cordless vacuum cleaner the Bespoke Jet! Right off the bat I was seriously impressed by it, I am calling it the Ferrari of vacuum cleaners… This thing is seriously impressive, the vacuum itself is made very well and constructed of high quality plastics and metal. It comes with long lasting, very powerful batteries as well as many other useful attachments. No attachment is bigger or more impressive than the “Clean Station” what’s a Clean Station you ask? Well I’ll tell you, it is where you go to take your cordless vacuum, insert it into the top of the base, and it will literally empty out the dust bin of the vacuum, the dust is then collected inside of the Clean Station. When the Clean Station gets full, you just open it up and remove the dust bag and throw it away and insert a new one. You read that correctly, once it is time to empty out the vacuum, you insert it into the Clean Station, press a button and the Clean Station will suck out (just like a vacuum would) and empty out the contents of the vacuum, hands free! and now you have an empty vacuum that is ready to go, impressive? Yes! Samsung really did think of everything here, the vacuum itself has a very strong suction with different power levels. At its highest, this vacuum has extremely strong suction, and the best part is there is a display that will tell you exactly how much battery time is remaining… The higher the power suction you are using, the less vacuuming time you will have. At its lowest setting Inwas getting about an hour worth of use. You can charge the battery to ways, 1 by inserting the cordless vacuum into the Clean Station, or 2 by removing the battery (or charging the 2nd one) and placing it into the accessory cradle, there is a different charger that must be connected to the accessory cradle in order for the battery to be charged, but everything is included in the box. And speaking of the Accessory Cradle, it is a portable device where you can place all the different attachments and extra battery to make moving them and organizing them easier. The Ferrari of vacuum cleaners and well worth its price.

Worth it!

It’s more than adequate for my needs with no pets, all hard floors and a few area rugs. If you need a high power vac this might not be the right vacuum for you, Pleased with attachments and having the extra battery back up. It’s definitely a little pricey but I can’t say it’s worth the convenience after using it for the past 6 wks. My favorite feature is the self emptying system that removes all the dust, debris from the canister so you’re not breathing it or circulating that dust back into your house.

Beautifully crafted to leave your vaccum in plain sight so you can quickly grab and use to clean up your floor. Samsung really gave up everything we want most. Check out these features and specs.Contemporary and Premium Design with Advanced Cleaning Performance. You get the All In One Clean Station thats Also a Charging Accessory Cradle. Pure 5-Layer Filtration Jet Dual Brush Digital Display Lightweight Design 2 Removable Long-Lasting Batteries to keep you going longer. A Washable Dustbin/ Washable Microfiber FilterTelescopic Pipe and even a Pet Tool. You get a Crevice Tool Combination Tool and Flex Tool. Easy to use Button Control Settings available are: Min, Mid, Max, Jet, Wet2 Run Times (per battery): Min (60 minutes), Mid (30 minutes), Max (10 minutes), Jet (5 minutes), Wet (100 minutes) from my use these hold true but only time will tell. Regardless with two batteries less of a worry. When stick Vacuums first came out it felt like a give and take. But with Samsungs latest Bespoke line it sets the bar to be a must add to any home. I'm a clean freak can't stand a crumb or pet hair anywhere. In my home this is a must and it works so good it makes you want to find excuses to vaccum. It's so light you will find it a joy to use all the included attachments and clean your dust from top to bottom. Fans blinds every thing. Another great thing if you own the Samsung Vs90 the attachments including the mop pads work with the Bespoke. Take note the batteries don't but I'm happy to use all the attachments. My wife is pretty hard to please when it comes to vaccums and she loves the Bespoke. Especially the look and design not being a eye soar. The white and gold color is so gorgeous and classy. So if you want something powerful easy to use without a cord. A vaccum that can do it all including a great car vaccum? Look no further this is the one we have all been waiting for.

Beautiful and Powerful Vacuum with long last batt
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This vacuum works wonders and is so quiet!! The battery lasts so long, the countdown for use on the screen is very helpful as well. This is 10x better than the cordless dysons we have bought prior. It's sleek and the accessory holder works so great. Could not recommend a vacuum more, we love it!

It’s decent
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off this vacuum is not worth the full price. I would only recomend buying it if its on sale (i got it brand new for a little over half off). I say its not worth full price because you can get a corded vacuum that has significantly better performance at a fraciton of the cost. The cons of this vacuum are battery life (at max power it only lasts a few minutes), the dust container is veryyy small, theres no hose attachment, I’m 6ft tall and it can be fairly difficult to push across carpet from a high angle since it doesnt really roll like most vacuums, doesn’t stand on its own, the vacuum attachments go on a seperate stand so switching attachments is inconvenient, it lacks the power you could get out of a corded vacuum, and you need to buy replacement bags for the dock. The pros are that the vacuum dock is nifty despite needing bags, not having to plug a vacuum in is also convenient, and thats about it. I got this vacuum because my dog sheds like crazy and I’m tired of dealing with a corded vacuum, sweeping every day going from room to room and bringing the cord with me. For dog fur on a hard floor this thing does the trick. I was a little dissapointed in the quality of the job it did on my car floor but like i said, i got it to sweep dog fur off of a hard floor and for that it does just fine.

Good overall cool vacuum
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I think it is a good vacuum for all that you get. The base with emptying bin is convenient and there is an extra battery. Not the best on carpet but only have small space of it. It is a small container but it works well with pet hair. The attachments are also useful. Very light.
