I found cheaper deal at Samsung web site but I am unable to return or get the price difference due my last return date was on 14 Jan 2023. I think they should extend the return date or price difference same as Amazon.

With all the cordless stick vacuums on the market, Samsung is able to stand out with their Bespoke lineup. From the wide range of vacuums I have tried in the past, this is one of the most satisfying to use. It seems they were able to pull together all the good qualities of other brands and put it all into one. For starters, the ease of use is second to none. Some notable perks include ability to charge without removing the battery from the vacuum, each accessory has a noticeable click and nothing is friction fit, and even the stand is self sufficient and does not need to be wall mounted. Yes, there is the auto emptying of the canister into a dust bag, but to be honest, even if it did not have that feature, this vacuum would still stand at the top. There is a display when the vacuum is on to show how much estimated time you have left, along with four different power levels of use. During a vacuum session, it is very easy to maneuver around corners as it turns quite easily. Oh carpet, it does pull a little but not so much that you have to fight against it constantly. The accessories caddy houses all the extra fittings securely, and is designed in a way that you can carry it to where you need without any hassle. As for maintenance, the vacuum comes with a washable filter. The dust bag you can empty quite easily, and you can also choose to empty the canister traditionally as well after each cleaning. There really isn't much to complain about, they seem to have done everything right with this vacuum. Overall, I am very satisfied with the performance and efficiency of the Bespoke vacuum. It is without a doubt the best stick vacuum I have used so far and would be amazed see anything top this at the moment.

I really like my new cordless vacuum, it's almost as easy to use as a broom. It's not very heavy, has lots of power, and is easy to use. I like the stand, it makes it easy to store out of the way, and it also charges it so it's ready to go the next time I need it. The modular design is really neat too. I like that all I have to do is change the heads out, and the wiring is all hidden inside, and the different head have their own motors so its super simple. Emptying the vacuum is as easy as can be, just park it on the stand and hit the button, and the stand sucks all the collected dirt out of the vacuum and into the stand which houses the actual vacuum cleaner disposable bag. My vacuum came with a couple of extra bags as well, so I should be good to go for a while. My house is primarily hard wood or tile floors, and the vacuum had no issues getting everything nice and clean. The battery lasts for quite a while on low, and gets about 10-15 minutes of run time on high. Using high I was able to vacuum my entire house in one setting using the two batteries provided. There are only 2 little issues I would like to see improved. 1. When I was vacuuming my bathroom floor mat, the vacuum would suck the mat up into the roller head and stall out... it didn't do that when I ran it over the rug on low, but maybe some kind of grill or protective bars added to the brush head would keep it from sucking up lightweight rugs. And 2... the vacuum does not stand up by itself. If I have to pick something up off the floor, or move it, or any other reason I might have to put down the vacuum, I have to find a way to lean it, or prop it on something... and it has fallen over a couple of times and took a really hard fall once and actually popped apart and pieces went everywhere. I liked the way older vacuums locked upright and unlocked with the little foot switch when needed. It seems like Samsung missed the mark and forgot to include that feature... maybe a kick stand or something could be added in future models. Other than those minor gripes, I highly recommend this vacuum, it saves so much time, and it's super handy.

I feel like a collector of cleaning products these days but I couldn't resist the opportunity try out the Samsung Bespoke Jet Cordless stick vacuum. The first thing you see about it is the design itself. It's the kind of vacuum you don't mind having visible in a room somewhere because it's a statement piece all on its own. Then you realize that there is a lot of convenience in having something that empties itself without much effort on your part, and where the attachments are actually useful! they also store perfectly on the base, which serves as a charging station for the second battery as well. I wish they had found a way to integrate the two stands together as it does create extra clutter and require a second power outlet. Where I do struggle with this product is cost versus performance. It's a more than adequate stick vac, but if you have a larger home it's not going to be the vacuum you pull out to clean your entire home. Part of that is because in max setting your batteries aren't going to last more than 15 min or so each; the rest of it is the head width means going back and forth a lot. This really is the vacuum you pull out instead of the big one, to clean up the small messes here and there. When you put that in the appropriate context this might be better accomplished by a far less expensive product, especially since the cleaning power is just alright and not phenomenal.

The Bespoke line of products by Samsung have quickly become my favorites because they combines clean, modern lines with function and quality. Usually you have to trade one for another. But, that isn't this case with the Bespoke Cordless Jet Stick Vacuum. I ordered the Misty White which evokes a clean, crisp aesthetic. It even looks nice when I'm charging it something I have never said or thought about when referring to a vacuum! More importantly - it does an incredible job cleaning!! Despite being comfortably lightweight, the suction transitions well between different flooring surfaces, exceeding my expectations for a cordless vacuum. This makes for an incredibly satisfying experience in a short amount of time allowing even the busiest of people an opportunity to maintain their home in an effective and efficient manner. Samsung has absolutely leveled up my cleaning experience!

As a long time Dyson user I have been extremely impressed by this new vacuum that Samsung has put out. The features, ease of use, and overall aesthetics fit the Samsung brand perfectly and does not leave anything to be desired. Diving first into the aesthetics this vacuum fits perfectly into any room as it looks very modern and upon first glance I`ve had guests ask what it was. The cradle for the accessories is also an extremely nice feature as I am able to keep all the attachments right there and neatly organized. Upon first turning the vacuum on the digital display is also very straightforward and refined. Moving right into the actual use of the vacuum though this thing is both lightweight and powerful! I have both hardwood and carpeted floors and with all of the attachments provided this vacuum is able to tackle anything thrown at it. I have two dogs to which the "pet tool" worked amazing for picking up all of the wonderful pet hair throughout my house. I won`t go into all the tools, but I do want to mention the "flex tool" because I really like how that tool can bend 90 degrees in order to get to the top of my fridge and cabinets with ease. The other amazing aspect is how lightweight this vacuum is with the amount of power it puts out as it is extremely lightweight and does not feel bulky in the slightest. There are two additional standout features with this vacuum. The first is rather simple in that Samsung has provided two batteries that are even able to be charged simultaneously. This may not sound as revolutionary as you would expect, but it definitely is an extremally nice feature. The other that is the standout feature of this vacuum is the "Cleaning Station" as the vacuum is able to be emptied into the dock at the press of a button. After using this feature it is something I ask why this has not been considered before as robot vacuums have had this feature for a couple years now. Overall, you really can't go wrong with this vacuum from the ease of use and outstanding features to the overall aesthetics. This vacuum has definitely been swapped with my Dyson as my everyday vacuum and the Bespoke style aesthetics has me looking into the matching kitchen appliances.

The Samsung Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vac is a pretty nice system. For one, the vacuum comes with two batteries. The battery in the vac charges while on the stand, and the other battery can charge in the accessory stand. The display on the unit shows you how much battery life is left, which is a very handy feature. For a stick vac, this is a powerful unit. My wife and I both really like it. The accessory stand takes up a bit of room. It looks good, but it seems there would be a more efficient way to store the accessories. But if you've got a good space it, it works well. You need to know this vacuum uses bags, but that is a huge part of the appeal. The big deal with bags and this vacuum is that it will empty itself when you put in the charging stand and press the button. The swing door for the dustbin opens into the stand and the stand sucks the dirt and other material out of the dustbin. For those of us who have really bad allergies, this system can be a godsend. Allergies are the main reason I wanted this vacuum. I'm happy to say it has met my expectations for it. My only gripes are: 1. The main "stem" is too short and not adjustable. It would be MUCH nicer if this were a better fit for people over 5'5". 2. The bags can get expensive over time, and since this is a new system, I don't know whether the bags will continue in production the way old-style bags did. Regardless of those to small concerns, this is a terrific stick vac.

Great stick vacuum--easy to use and don't need to deal with a messy bag. I really like the all in one clean station. The suction is strong and picks up messes completely. Great that it comes in different colors.

It works great and I am pleased with it. A negative was that I had to put a lot of work into cleaning it up after I bought it. It was not "as new" - vacuum bag inside was full, roller and brushes were full of dirt and grime.

I was hesitant to purchase this but when it went on sale i HAD to order it. It did NOT disappoint. Great for hard to reach areas, pet hair, my car, and cleaning my fan. Doesnt take up too much space and i like the color i chose (green)

I have used a several wireless vacuums however hands down this is one of the most powerful products available for the price and no complaints so far.

Usually I’m a Dyson guy but went out on a limb because of cost and sooo glad we did. Actually have two of them now in two homes and still loving vacuuming!

Worst vacuum I've ever had. I loved the concept when my husband bought it (without telling me), but the sensor constantly thinks it's clogged when it isn't. Even after cleaning, taking it completely apart and inspecting every inch. It's just horrible. Thank goodness I didn't get rid of my old Kirby.

Make sure you check your item when you receive it. Ours came broken with dust left over in the bin when it is supposed to be a “new” item. We returned it to store within an hour of receiving the package, but the Best Buy would not honor the sale price. Horrible customer service.

Samsung discontinued the waste bags used in these rendering it worthless. Dont waste your money
