Great vacuum/mop combo. Worked really well since we have two aussies and the fur is there daily. It broke after six months but we during that time it got the job done beautifully

The Tineco wet/dry vacuum is amazing! Sweeps and mops the floor in one step. The battery could last a little longer but this device is worth every penny. I’ve used this device on all floor types (ceramic, wood & vinyl) and they look great everytime. This device self cleans & vocalizes different statuses or actions needed by the operator (low battery, empty dirty water tank, run self-cleaning mode, etc) which is an excellet feature. I have recommended this device to friends and I would buy it again.

This does a great job on our hardwood floors. The voice prompts / commands are hard to understand, but so far I have been able to figure them out.

Everything I’ve ever dreamed for and more. This thing works just like in the video. It really does 2 things at once. Takes so much time off of cleaning. Really gets the floor clean. Does not get floor super wet, so dries fairly quickly. And this thing cleans itself y’all!! I have 4 cats and a dog In the house and all vacuums I’ve had, the roller gets clogged with hair constantly. But my roller looks brand new after the self cleaning cycle. AMAZING. The only issue I have is it sucking up stuff close to the baseboard. But I’ve never had a vacuum that was super good at that anyway. Do yourself a favor. Oh, and my floors are laminate.

I am totally in love with this. My entire downstairs is hardwoods and i have a cat and a dog. The battery last longer than other sumilar products allowing me to completely finiah the entire downstairs before having to charge it. Highly recommend!!

Super easy to use. I like that it detects areas that need more water for clean up than others.

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter. She absolutely loves it. Well I cannot speak from personal experience however, from what she has told me it is second to none. Easy to use works very well and she would definitely recommend it to anyone who is thinking of buying it.

Good vacuum , ok floor cleaner, good price, need scented Tineco floor cleaner

I wanted to love this, I really did, but it does some weird wonky things that I don’t love. I contacted tineco customer service once already asking them why it keeps saying the dirty water tank is full, when it’s not? They told me that the sensors that hang down into the tank have to be dry… Why on earth would you put sensors into a dirty water tank that have to be dry, when it’s wet? I understand they’re supposed to sense when the tank is full, but clearly it’s too sensitive. Not only that, but it flat out stinks and I have 2 dogs, 2 cats and 4 kids. The solutions don’t even smell very good. I can hardly smell them when I use them. I’m overall really frustrated with this purchase, and I feel like for as much as it cost, it should preform better. I just ordered a bissell crosswave instead, my mom just got one, and I honestly like it better, and it smells better. I guess I’m out $350.

I had high hopes for this. We have 3 dogs, 2 cats, and a toddler. I read a previous review saying it handles pet hair well. I cannot agree. If I use it daily, it’s fine. Every other day, still okay. If I go longer than that it cannot clean 2 small rooms without telling me to start self cleaning. The first time I used this, the self cleaning prompt continually sounded. We also live in a sandy area, which doesn’t help. I do believe it cleans the floors better than a mop and a bucket but it just isn’t worth $400 ( luckily I got this on a deep discount!). Other complaints: has left small puddles on occasion, especially on tile. Battery life is horrible. My house is 1000 sq ft and I only use it in 3 rooms and I easily take it to 80% with the self cleaning when I use it every other day. If I let it go longer than that the battery life gets lower so a bigger home would be difficult with this battery life. Personally, I think this is worth around $150 and wouldn’t recommend it unless it was on a big sale again. P

Great product. Even my wife, who tends to disagree with me on gadgets, found this to be a good buy. The machine is easy to use, it sicks up dirty water as it cleans. The only improvements i can think of would be larger tanks for both clean and waste water.
