I am pretty disappointed with how often you need to fill the clean water tank and empty the dirty tank. Between cleaning and the self cleaning feature I need to refill/ empty after every room and a half or so. Other than this inconvenience I’d recommend it.

We have kids and pets so this ia really handy. Picks up just about everything. I feel like its not as sturdy as i would like for the price but I've had it for about 4 years now and still going strong. No more vacuuming then mopping, no more bending my back, I'm 6'1" so this is way better than using a traditional mop.

I can do my hard floors thoughout the house in 1 charge

My wife had been watching videos of the Boswell Crosswave and others similar to this on Tiktok all year and I kept getting videos sent to me. I started reading into it and it seemed like this was usually rated better by people who had got to use both. It picks up more dirt and doesn’t leave any residue behind if you do a paper towel test after a pass. She is ecstatic and has been cleaning our whole house. I will admit our hardwood floors have never looked better.

Upgrading from the Bissell Crosswave

The is an amazing upgrade. Its cordless which makes it so much easier for little messes. It also leavrs the floor so dry i dont. I dont have to worry aboit my little ones falling while the floor droes.

There have been a few times we've missed some spills or spots from where the dog came in and I ended up having to use a wet cloth and cleaner instead. The floor washer had a hard time getting some of the tougher spills.

It is awesome if you have pets as it makes it so much easier to pick up their hair than doing it with a broom. It’s surprising to use and and see how much it picks up after having seemingly clean floors! It is light and moves on its own which makes it easier to use than the Dyson vacuums.

We have a toddler, so when it's time to eat it is a mess on the floor to say the least. This has made cleaning up the floor 10 times easier. It is very efficient and does a good job. Our basement is hardwood floors too, and it cleans that well also. It is absolutely worth the money.

This has been a LIFESAVER, especially when tracking dirt is hard to minimize. The dirt indicator makes me feel confident that I got the spot well and limit the amounts of passes needed. The self cleaning feature has made it so it completely replace other products that may take steps to start cleaning again

Informs you when it needs water and when to clean the dirty water tank. One issue I have with it is when cleaning a lot of dirt or if you happen to pick up some fur it will stay where the blade is. Occasionally have to remove the cover and clean it.
