I love using this Tineco vacuum and mop floor cleaning machine, it makes my life easier, being that It is not a cheap machine, you really want to careful with it and make sure to follow the instructions on how it operates

It has a good concept, a mop and vacuum at the same time, however, this is our 3rd one within less than 2 years. It started off good its first few uses, but after awhile, the sensors got sensitive. It will say "Dirty water tank full" when it is not even near full. This also is not an heavy duty cleaner, you have to make sure you pick up everything off the floor before using it, otherwise, the sensors will pick it up , and cause it to malfunction, having to clean everything on the inside of this mop. The cleaning solution that it says you can ONLY use it with is expensive for it, $24 a small bottle. I think it has to work through some major improvements before it becomes an excellent mop.

I bought this for a Christmas gift, so Can't comment on how well it works just yet. But bought because of positive reviews.

We use this daily to clean up for our three small dogs and it does a great job. We like this a lot better than our old Bissel crosswave

It’s a absolutely amazing piece of machinery. My floors haven’t felt this clean with such little effort ever. It’s one of the Best Buy’s in 2021 for sure. Bite the bullet, I know it’s not cheap but I promise you it is worth it.

This makes cleaning all floors so simple, and does a great job. Only wish the water tank was a bit bigger, but filling it back up isn’t that bad

It's the rug doctor for hard floors. Works great on light dirt without spreading it around as mops do. We have big dogs and it doesn't get up some of the more solid dirt on the floor so I carry a small scrubbing brush.

It is the best, my baby made a big mess and started to use it and my kitchen floor has never been this clean.

So glad that I purchased this wet vacuum. I will never mop again. It saves me so much time and energy. And I love the fact that I can also use the self cleaning feature. I recommend this to anyone looking to make things easier.

I was searching for a month & I am amazed with this Vacuum & Mop. I also use it on a steady hairless carpet & hard oriental rugs it was ok at all. The Machine Talks & the Cleaning Solutions smell fresh. The Customer Service was Great.

The product does a great job when it charges. Many times you have to fiddle with the connection before it will charge.

Bought it as a gift for my mom and she is extremely happy with it. Its been about a year and a half now since purchase any everything seem to working fine. The one thing I would point out is that it needs to be very well maintained by cleaning the rolling brush after each use, any interior debris stuck needs to be manually cleaned regularly and be really delicate in handling to prevent running into error messages.

Very satisfied with the unit. It has done exactly as expected, easy to use and well worth the purchase cost.

Well, it does what is says and decently well. The technology in it is a gimmick. What took two stars away is that you need to deep clean the parts after EVERY use. If you don’t the roller will stink to high heaven and the water tank will get gross and nasty. I honestly will use a swiffer wet jet more now as a result. I would not buy this again due to it being so much maintenance.

I can’t live without my Tineco. It’s very functional y simple to use. I keep my floor clean all the time. I recommended 100%

After alot of research thats best vacuum and mop wetdry vacuum in world now. But problem of availibility of filter accessory and tineco floor cleaning solution thats not available in bestbuy app and many stores.bust buy should make available accesory like tineco s5 extreme filters and tineco floor cleaning solution for customers. They have that accessory of bissel brand but not tineco accesory available and thats inconvenince for customers.
