No matter what I’ve tried using the solution it comes with, using zero solution, using tapwater, using filtered water, using hot water and using cold water. Anything of those above II understand it can get the job done as a vacuum and mop at the same time. Anything of those above I stated, still will leave streaks on my floors, I have used it more than five times. And was just sitting in the corner while we were doing a small remodel in our house change the floors to different color thinking it would be less noticeable of lines when using the vacuum up it does the same exact streaks on the floors nothing I can do to make them not visible, and I cannot return it , I bought September 6. It is now October 15th because of constructions I wasn’t able to call earlier. I called today to see if I can return with no box they said yes But then before the conversation ended, it ended with I cannot get any money back, I cannot return anything, so I’m stuck with this non-functional to my expectations of a vacuum amount. All I can do at this point is sell it through a third-party i.e. Facebook marketplace, OfferUp or craigslist….. Definitely don’t recommend If you are picky with seeing streaks on flooring.

The water that I dump out in the end is so satisfyingly disgusting *cleangasm*. The only drawback is the weight. I could see this thing being a bit heavy to push around for someone more frail or with a very large house.
