    Ok I like this, but…..the brush randomly starts spinning while it’s in its charging dock. It’s not even turned on and it’s totally random. This happened also after I was using it and I turned the power off and the brush kept spinning and wouldn’t stop. I have no idea what’s going on with it. I dint know if it’s defective or what. I’d give it more stars if it weren’t for this problem, cuz it works great.

    Tineco vacuum is not working properly. When I turn it on, it keeps prompting me to restart it or contact customer service. I’ve already followed multiple troubleshooting steps, including: • Cleaning the dirty water tank • Cleaning the port and filter • Ensuring all tanks are properly attached Despite all this, I believe the vacuum motor itself is not functioning — I don’t hear the usual suction noise when powering it on. Everything else seems to light up, but the suction doesn’t engage.
