Best Buy has the Best Buys!! Been looking for this laptop everywhere, was able to find it and get the fastest shipping with the best price. Best Buy has this laptop at the lowest price! This computer is compatible for work from home, it’s easy to use, the battery life is amazing, I could days without charging it, I use this for school and it’s nice a lightweight for travel. The laptop is easy to use beginner friendly, and has all the nice little features you need!

I love my laptop. It is easy to take with me wherever I go. The battery lasts a long time.

this is a sorry excuse for a laptop. it's the SLOWEST thing in the planet and refuses to load anything under 4 minutes. I wait sometimes 10 minutes for a single task either it's opening up an app or closing or submitting an answer it's absolutely ridiculous.

Good for daily use and for a student my child loves it !

This HP laptop was the best thing I got, and on top of that the packaging will nice and neat. I mean like when I seen it I was so happy because last time I had bought a laptop it wasn’t on Best Buy. My package came iffy I didn’t like it And I have a few scratches on my old laptop but this laptop that I got none of that I had no problems with it at all will buy again .

I brought the laptop for school, which it’s a good laptop I just didn’t know that windows 11 was a home add so I had to change the make up of the computer to use it for school. Other than that it’s perfect

this is a good la top for what I needed it for no complaints for now, I didnt get the option to set it to start up when you open it but thst not gonna change a lot

Mostly used for light work such as document writing and web browsing. It handles those functions very well. I paired it with a 256GB MicroSD and it's a complete package.

1st time laptop for my granddaughter. Serving it's purpose.

I've had this for a couple of years now. I got it on sale. It's a decent laptop for homework, applying for jobs, watching streaming services, etc. Your basic laptop.

Small, sleek, and stronger than anyone gives it credit for

I personally, wouldn't recommend this computer. I purchased it for a gift and was informed that it was super slow. And it's brand new! I bought it originally for the color because that's what my family member requested who only intended to use if for things life email and searching the web, but even that seems to be too much for this computer. I am a fan of HP and will now have to look at some other options because this is just not it.

Got it as a gift for my sister. No issues thus far. Hasn't explored all the features yet, but the ones she uses works well. She got it for work/study. She found it much easier than the chromebook.

Laptop is useful for small jobs nothing to big like gaming. It’s fast and convenient.
