This was purchased for my Mother in Law and she is happy with the ease of working on the Laptop. Very easy setup. The only take away is that after setting up you have to take it out a the mode that comes by default and then you can download software outside of Microsoft. Besides that it’s not that bad.

Outstanding customer experience

I was happy that it had arrived on time and was ready for pickup. Once I arrived at the customer service desk to pickup my laptop and it only took seconds. Overall, the service at Best Buys can't be beat.
