Waste of money

I wait sometimes 10 minutes for a single task either it's opening up an app or closing or submitting an answer it's absolutely ridiculous.

I mean like when I seen it I was so happy because last time I had bought a laptop it wasn’t on Best Buy. My package came iffy I didn’t like it And I have a few scratches on my old laptop but this laptop that I got none of that I had no problems with it at all will buy again .
