I was happy that it had arrived on time and was ready for pickup. Once I arrived at the customer service desk to pickup my laptop and it only took seconds. Overall, the service at Best Buys can't be beat.

And very sleek. I suggest a sleeve though…as it has the potential to pick up dirt.
