It's a good value for the cost. If you need to save files you'll want an external way to do that. It does run a little slow sometimes but with the 4GB memory you can't expect much more. It would be great for a high school or college student. It'll work for my small business start up until I can upgrade. Happy with the purchase for now.

Mostly a good standard value laptop. A little clunky in design -- the build feels cheap, but otherwise seems okay. One main problem is that it won't wake up from sleep properly. If I close the computer and then open it a while later, it won't turn back on, although the power light flashes like it's in sleep. I try to click on the mousepad/move the mouse around and nothing seems to wake it up. The only way I've found so far is to force power off the laptop and reboot, which of course closes everything I'm working on. This was an open box one, so maybe that's why, but it also has some issues with being slow when it first starts up. My favorite things are the size and weight. It's very light and portable which is perfect for me and I can almost fit it in my tote bag, which is even better. Sound quality seems fine and keyboard is well spaced.

Got as a gift for my bf since his other computer was slow. The price point was fair and it works for exactly what he needed, with the added perk of not being tied to only his desk. Battery life seems to last forever too.

This Chromebook was easy to set up. It's stylish, perfect size.

I have enjoyed my laptop. Unfortunately, I am unable to use it for my linux class. However, it has been efficient to complete my other grad level cybersecurity hw.

Functional, easy to use, good in every way,good battery life

I was afraid to purchase this laptop at first because of the majority of the reviews saying the laptop was extremely slow, but I was hoping mine was not. When I received it, it was extremely slow, I then took is out of S mode and it works extremely smoothly and great now, loads very quickly, runs applications great. I have an external hard drive so that I can add more storage so the 64gb isn’t an issue. So if your laptop is slow, go to settings and take it out of s mode it’ll work perfectly. Also it’s a perfect size not to big not too small would definitely recommend

Really liking this laptop so far, it performs well for what I need it for and the color is nice. The only issue is the Microsoft operating system which tries to pigeonhole you into using nothing but their products. Once you get past that though, this is a quality affordable machine.

Really easy to use and set up. I love the color, I got a blue one. I mainly use my laptop to handle work over flow, watch movies, blog, social media posts, and shop. So this was perfect for my needs. I had to switch from Chromebook because they eventually stop updating them. And this has been a nice change. It's lightweight, as I carry it along with my work laptop.

Great laptop, fast and easy to get started. I have been a MaC user for years and this computer is light, attractive and efficient. Only use it for work and school, no gaming.

It is efficient for basic computer needs, I guess knowing the true definition behind storage space would have helped with choosing the laptop. I'm unable to download a lot of programs because most require 8GB of memory and this one is only 4. But for the basics(Microsoft Suite and internet functionality), I am satisfied.

This computer has been working great. I just needed a computer for getting online for banking, email, facebook, etc. Have not had any issues so far. Keeps a charge for quite awhile.

I wasn’t too happy with this laptop. Had very little storage and would always over heat and freeze.

It’s an amazing laptop but mine has like a loose key that I forgot to check before the days were up but doesn’t give me problems like you just hear it inside the laptop and a little slow cuz it’s windows :3

I love this laptop! I'm not very tech savvy but this was very easy to set up and is extremely easy to use. It's a great value for the price!
