It worked well for what I needed it to until Windows/Microsoft kept inflating the storage and memory with it’s bloatware that they call “software updates”. Upon startup as well as trying to do anything simple online, it would freeze or lag constantly with Task Manager reporting that 90% of the CPU and 98% of the 4GB of RAM was being used but unable to report on what was actually taking up all the space. I also experienced storage hardware issues where it would say the storage was full or nearly full while, again, being unable to report what was taking up so much room. I intend on replacing it with a laptop that’s much more capable.

The general look and feel is good. The touchpad keys are good, the screen image too is very crisp. It's good value for money.

Don't expect much from a laptop that has 4GB of RAM. This laptop is good for those who are on a budget and would only like to surf the web and use Microsoft Office. With these simple tasks, my CPU is at a constant 90%+ usage. It will struggle and run slowly if you try to watch videos or have multiple windows open.

A good laptop overall. I mainly use it for a music accompaniment program. I had to disable the S mode in order to download this program from another source. If not, I could only download programs from the Microsoft Store. The built in speakers are not that great. At max. volume, the sound is still too low for me. So I use my bluetooth speakers and that works fine. Typing on the keyboard is not that great. A great economical laptop and I'm satisfied with it.

It works but doesnt always turn on. It is slim and sleak and easy to navigate in windows. Very light weight!

I travel internationally for work and I don't want to risk loosing or damaging my high end laptop. This came with the Microsoft Office package installed. For less than $200 out the door, you can't beat this for basic report writing and PowerPoint presenting. It fits nicely in my carry-on and doesn't weigh much.

Nice price does what I need . Helps me do gaming updates . Hood Internet great color and I bought it as a return. Paid less like new . Keep a eye out for exclusive returns used like new. I would recommend this lap top for the person at home who’s looking for a bag for your buck .

It’s a decent little laptop to do minimal work on. Slow as expected and very cheaply made but overall a great throwaway computer.

Product works well despite the small hard drive. Attached any external hard drive and have a beautiful machine

Great laptop. Love the color. Only down fall was it did not work with my schools blackboard.

It works but it doesn’t have much storage on it and it came with directions and told me it was touch screen but it’s not if you are looking for a gaming computer this is not it unless you buy more storage for almost a 100 dollar or get a hard drive for your computer even the extra stuff that comes with it is not free it asks for you to pay for it on the computer

This is the best laptop I've ever purchased especially for that price as well.. The more expensive ones run no different than the less expensive ones.. And I brought with it a little pink mouse that is so adorable as well.. It's easy to use.. Thanks best buy and HP.

Needed a laptop for my kids to use for homeschool stuff. We wanted a laptop (not a tablet or chromebook) and found these on sale for $150. I have no complaints, we use it for online school and other basic functions. We bought 4 of them and they are all still working fine and haven't had any issues.

I really like this laptop. There are a few downsides for it, but overall I like it. I use Google for almost everything I do. I can't download the Google browser. I have to turn S mode off to download anything other than Microsoft. I miss my side numbers keypad, and things are set up differently. The price was great. I got a new laptop because my old one would not update to Windows 11. Screen is a little smaller than I am use to.

Bought this laptop for my 14yrs daughter birthday and she loves it. It's very easy for her to navigate and play her games and do school work.

This a good computer for a student ir some quick office work. I would recommend switching out of S mode because it limits what you can do. The 64gb storage is minimal but easily increased with a mini usb flash drive. The ram is also easily upgraded aswell, with an 8gb ram stick it ups the ram to 12gb My wife loved the color and it is working out great for her.
