My computer other HP kept flashing a white background. I couldn't charge it. I called and reserved and paid it through the website. In 30 minutes, I had my new computer. Extremely grateful because I had to finish my homework.

It’s a great budget laptop! It has a very sleek look to it. Doesn’t weight too much. A bit slow at times but nothing that affects performance in my opinion

The computer is great, but updates are a pain. I know all computers need updating from time to time, but this is excessive. There is also constant pop ups from HP to do this and do that, that interrupts what I am engaged in on the computer which is even more annoying. Overall, the computer really is good with no mechanical issues or bugs. Good price for what features it can do.

Aloha Aloha! I just purchased my very FIRST : 14" - HP Laptop - Intel Celeron - Snowflake White. As far as the physical feel of typing, this is a laptop computer with a very smooth-textured surface giving it a very nice feel for resting my palms while using my fingertips to type. Gripped surfaces can wear after a while and can feel odd on my hands. This laptop also runs smoothly considering its 4 GB Ram and 4 GB Memory. Its other 58 GB of memory are used mainly for operating systems like Microsoft Edge. There's a lot of power and functionality here if you're a student on the go and need a dependable Laptop for homework assignments and online coursework. I highly recommend this Laptop as an A+ and excellent starter set of digital perks once you get into its software packages. Thanks BEST BUY.

The computer is relatively easy to navigate for someone who isn't too computer literate. I like the weight and feel of it, its easy to transport and small enough to carry. The price was definitely right and although I am new to this browser it offers updates and info on a regular basis, which is very helpful

My Husband got this for me as a belated Mother’s Day and Birthday gift last year. A few weeks later he went to be with a Sister who was Critical and never came back.
