I purchased this computer for school. It’s a really nice computer , it reminds me of a MacBook because of the color . I love features it has to offer. I wish that it was capable of downloading zoom. That’s the only issue I have luckily I another pc to take care of my zoom needs.

I've had laptops before but this one runs better, the display is amazing. I would definitely recommend.

All in all not a bad computer I did buy the lower gb so being slow to load is expected but overall great investment

It’s great for what I need. School related things. I do have some games I play it runs pretty smoothly. It is a Microsoft so it recommends you to stay on their own browser. If not it will lag bad. But it’s fast if you stay using Microsoft browser.it dosnt overheat. Very quiet this is great for my school taking test n stuff. Not for gaming.

Worst pc i’ve ever used. Didn’t realize that it was 4 gigs of ram before buying and only figured it out after checking the specs once I recognized how slow this was running for simple tasks like schoolwork or watching shows. If you are reading this just know that HP computers are known for being the worst and you should never purchase a HP laptop like EVER. Go for a lenovo laptop please.

It works great but I cant use it with my epson scanner. And also I thought I was buying a brand new laptop but it was already purchased from someone else. Their email was already established. So I am bringing it back. Other than that its great.

The price is right and it does the job! Windows 11 is the way to go!

Good computer for my 9th grader. The only challenge is getting gmail app on this computer. It says I have to remove the s drive and it is not allowed.

Great 15in laptop, inexpensive and loaded with everything I need, I have the white pearl.

Good value for purchase price. Good performance...once the problematic set up could be completed for the intended recipient of this gift >> not a good impression of hp or microsoft. User was not happy about being forced to open yet another account (i.e., Microsoft) in order to set up/use the laptop. Felt that should have been optional.

its fast not too heavy, slim, perfect to get what i need done

I mainly use this for light internet browsing basic word and excel documents. It is a backup to my work laptop. It can run a bit slow but still fulfills what I need it to do.

Great for surfing the internet checking emails. Good for college students.

This is a perfect computer for me to use for college work and my job. Love it, it loads fast, it comes with a year free of Microsoft office 365, which is perfect for what I do. The price is just right too!
