Experience largely depends on what we use the product for. For me, i needed a laptop for my day to day use (mostly net surfing, emails, Zoom etc.) so didn't wanted a high end configuration laptop. The HP model perfectly fit my budget and also scored on styling. While i can live with the 64 gig in built memory, the only improvement could have been slightly better performance. Overall iam satisficed with my purchase

I love it. I had to learn how to use windows 11 because I haven’t had a laptop in forever, but it was easy to catch on to. If you’re going to download games or anything actually, make sure you have the SD card or else you won’t be able to download much. I’m still playing around with it, it’s only been two weeks, so I’ll come back later and update this in a few months.

Bretter than most, easy to use, lightweight and easy to carry.

Very good purchase, I use it for work and unlike other laptops doesn’t freeze and run smoothly.

It is an inexpensive computer, and it does everything I need it to do. I got a great deal on my laptop and I'm very pleased with it.

This gem works well but be prepared to add storage. The touch screen is my favorite - no mouse needed

Really great convenient laptop and light weight great for everyday use.

I was able to grab this budget laptop as a deal of the day. I was not expecting a fancy device, so It does its job (web browsing and document editing). At the beginning I found the machine a little slow, but I noticed it was installing all updates in the background. Now that everything is updated, it is fast and responsive with only 4GB of Ram. The keyboard and the screen are the weakest points of this laptop, but I am connecting it to a 32 inch monitor and I am using a wirelress keyboard and mouse, so I cannot complain. It comes with one year of MS Office 365. It has only 64GB, but you can expand the memory with a SD card. Also, It comes with windows 11 S mode, but you can easily disable this. (If you do not know there are a lot of video tutorials on youtube).

I love that it’s a windows 11 laptop and I got it because I needed a windows computer to take my PRAXIS test online to install the anti cheating program because I was required to use a windows laptop because my former Chromebook wasn’t supported the program. So I am glad that as a broke college student I was able to find this super affordable/cheap windows laptop last minute at Best Buy for my exam at the lower price as a Chromebook except it is a laptop not a Chromebook. The color is also nice I got the rose gold. My previous laptops where 15.6 inch and a 13 inch and this was a 14 inch and it was a perfect size for my hands to type easier in the keyboard and it feels comfy it’s light and small for me yet large enough to see the screen since I’m used to larger laptops. Definitely going to be using it for a long time it’s my favorite laptop. My only issue was it was running incredibly slow the first hour I got it and I was so close to returning it but then after an hour it started to run fast and normal so it took like an hour to be “broken into” for some reason but it’s running fine now.

My Microsoft Surface pro broke half way through college, and I didn’t have enough money to buy another one. This HP computer is affordable and does everything I need it to do. The battery life is great, and I can see it lasting me many years into the future.

The general look and feel is good. The touchpad keys are good, the screen image too is very crisp. It's good value for money.

Love my pink HP laptop! It goes with all my Barbie and hello kitty stuff and works great just make sure to keep up with the microsoft updates!

Don't expect much from a laptop that has 4GB of RAM. This laptop is good for those who are on a budget and would only like to surf the web and use Microsoft Office. With these simple tasks, my CPU is at a constant 90%+ usage. It will struggle and run slowly if you try to watch videos or have multiple windows open.

Great laptop. My daughter uses this as she started college this year. Light weight and size. Fits perfect in her tote.

Among I using the laptop, I believe it was a excellent choice. The laptop is more than I expected for the necessary needs to the satisfaction. I would recommend this laptop to anyone.

Understanding that this was an older model on clearance, with a bargain price of under $200, my expectation was not much as this was supposed to be a laptop for my 2 young children as they are starting to need online access for school work and the occasional "gaming" (math & reading exercises in forms of games). So they aren't holding up our work laptops. All it had to do was access emails and a few light duty websites, unfortunately it's not even capable of doing that. Computer is SLOOOOW, apps and webpages take forever to load, a 3rd party browser seems to be intentionally hampered/interfered by the built in Microsoft variety. In the end, the kids still wind up asking for our laptops. Gave it a try but this is utterly useless. If you need just browsing and emails, a smartphone can outperform this thing 100x faster. Put this $200 toward something else better.
