Laptop was slow and return procedure was super slow, but I am happy that finally I got full refunds.

This laptop is perfect for my needs. I have been using it to slice my 3d prints and have not had any problems

Was a very good purchase! Being 72 I can now keep up with my Granddaughter . And she can teach me some new things.

It came in perfect condition the shipping was fast and above everything everything is tunning smoothly.

For the price, it's a good laptop. Not a lot of memory but great for basic tasks.

It's rly sleek and light weight. The motion and smooth glide of the pad is very helpful in times of multitasking projects.

It was a an open-box product, so I saved a little more. So far it’s working fine, albeit a little slower than higher-end laptops I’ve used in the past. But for what I need it for, it’s sufficient.

Honestly not worth the headache in my opinion. I was laid off recently and needed a new personal laptop to work off of for resumes and interviews. First day I got the laptop I set it up, it was freezing on me. I have yet to go a day using this without it freezing when working on it. I was just using Microsoft word, that comes with the computer, and it’s glitching. Saying something that is “14” point font is “10” point font, when it’s clearly not, the format painter wasn’t even working properly to help me fix it. It’s constantly freezing on me and I’m doing the BARE minimum on this laptop. I restarted the computer and went to go to my LinkedIn profile and it froze instantly. It’s not like I have 3 internet broswers open am with 17357227 tabs, I’m working with one internet browser and 1 tab at a time and it still freezes. And don’t say “oh maybe it’s your internet” It’s not my internet because I have the highest internet possible for home and I’ve never had issues before when using my old work computer. Spend the little extra money and invest in a Better laptop. This things trash.

Light weight good for small projects, video calling quality was ok camera is a bit grainy but it works. Love the blue color.

I will get something more advanced it was to slow.
