Hp Pavilion 360 2-in-1 Touchscreen Laptop
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The laptop was heavier than expected. You can use touch screen both when the laptop is folded over or not. Howrver, I noticed no enter button is on the keyboard when using touch screen. I like the finger print login option that I finally figured out how to do. When setting up for finger print use the flat box next to the mouse not the mouse. I dont like that you only get a free trial for Microsoft software then you must pay $99 for a yearly subscription after the trial is over. The sound is good when playing music or videos. The price was good because of the sale. But its just what i was looking for and got a great deal for this. I will write more reviews as I learn more about it. The battery could last longer once its unplugged. When I went to charge it up from 0% it took sometime to reach 100% which was a drawback for me.

HP vs Dell Laptop
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought my first laptop ever at 60 years old, yes, you read that right. After years and years of having my employer-issued laptop for work. I purchased this stylish and capable HP after using a Dell for over 15 years. My decision was based on performance, size, appearance, aesthetically pleasing backlit keypad. And got a hot deal on it during Christmas week. I’m still adjusting to it but I’m pleased after actually purchasing a Dell Inspiron first and not liking how big/heavy it was (ordered online without seeing it first). I’ll use my HP 360 for home email, surfing the web, creating documents (resumes) and eventually sync family pics from my iPhone to the laptop (grandkids!). Only having trouble with TEAM for home - I can’t get to the regular version it keeps dumping me to the school or organization version. I had a TEAM interview recently that couldn’t be done after 30 minutes of trying and calling so we had to resort to FaceTime. I’ve done everything possible to download TEAM for home but got nothing. I’ll have to get technical help from The Geek Squad. Pic shown is my trusty work Dell Inspiron next to my new HP 360. I returned the Dell Latitude that I ordered with no issues. I’m a lifelong Best Buy shopper, they treat their customers right in the highly competitive market of online shopping.

Wonderful laptop!
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This laptop has done wonders for me! Originally, I purchased in for school and it’s gone above and beyond what I’ve needed. It’s the perfect size and I love the touchscreen option. The processor is quick and with 8gb of memory it stores everything i need. The battery life is excellent. The keyboard works well and the mouse pad is large. I highly recommend this PC to anyone looking for something simple and sleek.

Great laptop if you catch a good sale.
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this laptop for $500 on sale, so for the price it was a no brainer. It was an uphill battle in the beginning. The computer was blue screening during attempts to run updates about 2 weeks after I got it. I didnt have the Best Buy Plus membership at the tume because the sales associate only pitched it as an extended warranty and not that any work on it would be covered should it need to be fixed. So my frustration was with the store, not the laptop. Management finally made an exception and allowed me to add the plus membership on afterwards. The laptop was fixed and has been working well ever since

Best Laptop for College Student
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The best laptop I've ever purchased. It is quick and easy and the size is ideal for carrying around. Kudos to GB! I'm a business accounting major, and this was incredibly simple to use! The only thing I didn't like was that the volume was not loud enough.

B.uy this laptop with confidence
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was a Christmas gift for my wife who had suffered far too long with a small underpowered notebook. This is a great machine with enough memory, storage, speed and features generally found on much more expensive laptops: touchscreen, folds to a tablet, has incredible Bang & Olufson speakers, etc. More than adequate for home use, streaming, and the social media stuff but would also perform well for light home office needs. Very happy with this purchase.

HP pavilion x360 2-in-1 Laptop 14”
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Haven’t done much with my new purchase just yet but I’m in love with it. It’s very sleek, light weight and most of all convertible. The display is amazing and the speakers are excellent! Another cool feature I noticed is that the keyboard is backlit, but can be turned off and/or dimmed. Another feature that I love is the fingerprint reader instead of typing a password Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new laptop that’s light weight, fast startup, with amazing sound.

I am DISAPPOINTED :(
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall it’s okay, I like it due to its design but the speaker is very low and the battery runs down too quickly. It does not even last for 3 hours. I am a bit disappointed because I pay too much money to be disappointed. It’s pretty expensive. I wish I had bought another laptop :(

Overall, I absolutely love the laptop, however…
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The battery life of the laptop renders it not worth the purchase even if I did get it for about $300-$350 cheaper on Cyber Monday. I did a test to see how long it would last and about 4hours was the max! The display is WAY to dark to play the “darken the screen to make the battery last” game. Audio quality is great, but it isn’t very loud. — Again, I love the laptop tho bc it has everything I’m looking for in a laptop thesedays. Oh yeah, it does get hot, but that doesn’t bother me as much as I use a “bed desk” thing so it’s never in my lap during use.

What a workhorse!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. What a workhorse! I purchased this awesome laptop last semester and used it for online courses. The battery life is great and lasts all day without needing to recharge. It's also compact and lightweight for easy travel to my favorite coffee shops. The display resolution is top-notch for streaming video lectures or binging my favorite shows on the weekends. This laptop is great for college students.

Great for work and school on the go!
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works great for what I bought it for: work & school! Fits right in my work bag! Perfect size, lightweight, easy customization, and great storage. Missing a star because I have had to reset my network setting multiple times as it will be connected to a network that has a secure, stable connection without the computer having internet access. I also really wish it came with a pen! Otherwise, a fantastic machine.

Really Sleek.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This laptop is really nice and fast. Just what I needed for college. I love the fingerprint feature that allows you to sign on into the laptop. I love the backlit keyboard. There are other amazing features on this laptop. Although there was a little hiccup two weeks after I bought it, the laptop wouldn't turn on like no power on the power button and the battery was definitely full. I was scared but I held on to the power button for 30 seconds (I was just trying anything) and my laptop powered back on. Hopefully it doesn't happen to me again.

Specs are great, build quality not so much
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased 2 of these on sale. Both computers have had intermittent touch pad issues that are like gremlins. Multipla stops at the geek squad that proved fruitless because symptoms are very intermittent. Worked fine when we get there, 1 hkur later same issue. This is for work so reliability is necessary. Symptom is that it feels like touchpad is always in clicked position. Thia ai a pic of what happens when dragging finger along touchpad with no pressure. It is useless like this.

I’m forced to add a title
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This laptop is the definition of alright. It’s got good graphics, speed and frame rate. But after some time using it, it gets hot and slows down a lot and it causes the fan the sound like I’m inside of a helicopter. Also the speakers are very quiet and most of the time I’m better off using subtitles or headphones.
