Perfect size! Everything I needed in a laptop! Perfect for school and on the go!

Really good upgrade from my last laptop (hp pavilion 2019) from build quality, screen, backlit keyboard, and etc. Would highly recommend it when I got it for 500 dollars but the base price of 800 is not worth the price as there's an updated version of this laptop that would have a better CPU than this. Good for school work/notes, smaller scale work, and games such as Stardew but would not play anything like cod and similar

I’ve had mine for a while now and it’s amazing. From school work to crafting, it’s been great.

This laptop is a solid product, though my experience with Best Buy hasn’t been the best. I paid $799 for this laptop because it was pretty much what I needed and I was in a bind, time-wise. I should have done more research (which is on me), because after purchasing and completing my data migration I found it for $250 cheaper in at least two other prominent locations. When I enquired of Best Buy if they’d honor their price matching policy, I was politely informed that this product wasn’t eligible because it came “bundled” with a free trial offer for some security software I had zero interest in using. The operator did sound surprised I’d found it for so much less elsewhere, and to be fair they did tell me I could still return the product if I chose to do so, but that would have been sufficiently inconvenient at that stage to make it not worth the bother. Best Buy then appears to have dropped the price to match what I’d found elsewhere. As I said: buyer beware. Wish I’d handled things more wisely.

It is very fast very fast, easy to see the keys, and all over a great purchase.

This is a nice laptop mostly used for casual, everyday tasks. The touchscreen is responsive. Only issue is the screen can be cracked so you must be careful where the laptop is placed.

This computer is absolutely great for anyone who is going to school! Our teenagers use it for school and love it. And as a military member it is great for me to use for work or my schooling! I love the design and the touch screen is amazing.

A great laptop for the price. Easy to setup and works well with MS Office. I use it for office type work and not gaming or watching videos. A side number pad would have been nice, but the top number bar works just fine. I especially like the backlite keyboard which I have never had before.
