Customers are saying

Customers admire the Envy x360's touchscreen, ease of use, and performance. Many appreciate its lightweight design, good battery life, and affordable price. Some users wish for more RAM and a number pad. Overall, the positive feedback on features like the touchscreen and performance outweighs the concerns about RAM and the lack of a number pad.

The things in the front are not speakers, they're vents! It's a nice laptop. I just dont think the speakers are great, not very loud since it gets blocked off by my lap. Also not a big fan of the charger port. It's hard to plug in if you dont get the perfect spot.

50%+ memory uses on idle and can't handle anything more than a few chrome tabs and spotify without firing up like a jet engine. Given the specs this is a sore disappointment and my guess is that it is loaded with bloatware. Sometimes it starts in tablet mode with the keyboard disabled with no way to turn it back without restarting (thanks windows 11!) and also likes to switch to portrait mode for no reason. Also stupid heavy and honestly using it as a tablet is not even feasible most of the time. Please just get a budget laptop or an iPad instead of the worst of both worlds. Don't waste your money like I did, especially if you're a college student.

Wifi issues out of the box on 2 different laptops!

I received the HP-Envy x360 as a gift. There were issues with the Wi-Fi adapter a week later. After hours of working with HP support, they were able to fix the issue. A week later, the same problem again. Could not connect to Wi-Fi. I returned it to Best Buy and exchanged it for another new HP Envy x360. Two days later, the Wi-Fi adapter went out on the 2nd laptop, and troubleshooting told me it needed to be replaced. Returned the 2nd bad laptop. Do not buy! No more HP!

Google "hp envy hinge" before you buy this

Bought from HP less than 2 years ago and plastic component in hinge broke. This is a known fault in the product and HP refuses to cover repairs costing as much as half the cost of the laptop to replace with a similarly faulty plastic tool.

I got this laptop and within a couple of months the motherboard shut down and I sent it to HP for warranty repair and they sent it back broken. Not Best Buy's fault, but this is a bad laptop, I was an HP fan for my whole life and now I'm doubting it.

Completely died on me 11 months after purchase

This computer completely died on me 11 months after purchase. HP customer service is terrible, and after spending hours with them on the phone, they could not solve my issue. My only option is to ship my laptop to another state so they can troubleshoot. I have a second HP x360 that broke apart at the hinge not even two years after purchase. Will never buy another HP again.

Have to restart it repeatedly. It acts like the wifi isnt connected. It’ll freeze before you’ve even used it for the day. It can’t do even the most minute of tasks like watching shows without freaking out
