Heavy and large. The touch pad is slow and doesn't highlight text well. It was very frustrating.

Purchased this computer for my wife as an upgrade to a newer model, she liked the new features but when it needed charging the cord got very hot, took it back and received a new one with no problems and the cord on the new one does the same thing, it gets very hot

Bought it for my daughter for college. All was well until 2 days ago. Now the fan is running constantly. Going to take it in to see what is up. Not real happy.

Did not run properly, geek squad could not resolve so I returned it and bought a DELL which is running perfectly.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS COMPUTER!!!!! A WASTE OF MONEY. THE SCREEN IS COMING APART FROM THE BODY OF THE COMPUTER AND IVE ONLY HAD THIS COMPUTER SINCE MID JULY. I CALLED TO SEE IF I CAN EXCHANGE IT AND THEY BASICALLY TOLD ME IM STUCK WITH A BROKEN COMPUTER I PAID ALMOST 800 FOR

The computer looks very nice but it was broken it last us 3 weeks

Bad electronics inside this laptop. Had to return within three weeks of purchase and GEEK Squad if the laptop could be repaired, could take weeks. I was told never buy an HP again.

Bluetooth failed day after warranty. This was the computer chosen for its well made parts but I understand you get a lemon.

Great bang for your buck! I think almost all laptops should have more than 8gb ram today and this does give you that boost to 12gb. You also get a powerful Ryzen 7 processor to paid with it and this envy line from HP is very sleek any stylish and has FANTASTIC build quality!

if you ever think of getting a 360 laptop just know that the hinges absolutely suck after a couple of months also because it’s 360 the hinges are significantly weaker compared to other laptops i don’t think it’s worth it i’ve had to get my laptop fixed twice in 2 years, one of which included buying a whole new laptop

this laptop is very fast, excellent graphics and resolution. Does everything i need it to do!

It's really good all around. Replaced 2017 model. Its more compact - they took out the number previously on the right side. Charger cable much better. Sound MUCH worse.

Faulty hinges on these HP models. Mine only last after warranty since I had it connected to a docking station and barely opened it. Hinges are attached to the plastic case and break off. Avoid the headache and get a laptop that will last.

So far, so good. I am not tech savy, but this product does all I need. It's easy to use and I hope it will last a long time.

I love everything about the item!! Such a great price for every specific internals that ut comes with!! Definitely worth it!
