Deficient Touchscreen Laptop
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this laptop with the hopes it could be my bridge from my Mac to Windows. The machine has potential and looks sleek from the outside. The machine ONLY has a 250 NIT screen. I could not believe it. Sooooo, I returned the machine and then purchased the ASUS Zenbook, at the same cost, and that machine has a 600+ NIT screen. I will grant you, the HP Envy has a touchscreen and has the Ryzen 7 chip, but yet again, HP provides in one area and absolutely obliterates their machine in another.

Avoid at all costs.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought four of these in May for our business. Avoid at all cost. The cursor constantly jumps on you while typing, from where you are to another point in the page, often overwriting what you already typed. They also freeze up on the home page... There it is! My cursor just jumped after page. These suck! Does HP not product test it's laptops. This isn't just one of four, it's all four. I have no idea who is leaving 5star review - people who loved how it looked coming out of the box probably - not helpful. We've had these for 7 months and will never buy HP again.

TERRIBLE MANUFACTURING DESIGN
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Seriously, do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy any HP Envy 360 products. I purchased mine a year and a half ago. Within the first month the entire speaker bar went out. Within 4 months the charger stopped working. Yesterday the hinge broke. Worst computer design and fragile little computer on the market.

HP Laptops are TRASH
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolute trash. This laptop is 2 years and 8 months old and the battery bloated and ruined the motherboard. The repair costs about half of what a new one is worth. This is the SECOND Hp laptop that has been complete garbage. I will never in my life buy another HP product, period. I DO have a DELL that is 8 years old and going strong.
