i had to purchase a new lap top and im a HP person thru and thru ... its faster than my other one ....i would recommend this to anyone ...

First new laptop in years, and glad I found this one. Very fast and great screen. I'm a hp lifer and this laptop justifies that. Bought on sale with the expert help from Jon in Milford MA. Great service and a really great product.

Biggest issue is that when using the mouse pad, the right click menu comes up frequently because your palm accidentally touches the pad because its too close to the edge of the labtop. Super annoying. Test it out before you commit.

I started using this laptop about 2 weeks ago. In one week, I had 2 shutdowns for no reason. A few days later, the fan ran loudly then it locked up. I was not able to shutdown or restart the laptop. This much trouble in 2 weeks with a new computer? Time to return and buy something else. Think twice before purchasing this one. Audio is awful too.

I like the machine even though the volume could be at a higher dB. Battery life leaves a lot to be desired as well as the battery health % - already down to 97% in a little over 2 weeks.

It works wonderful does everything I need only problem is finding a hard case cover to fit Oder several but none fit

Worst purchase from Best Buy! I have purchased several computers from Best Buy; however, this is total junk. The sound does not work, the touchscreen does not work and the battery does not hold for more than a couple hours. Total waste of money! DO NOT PURCHASE

Speaker pops. Not loud at all. For the price, I expected it would be way better than this.

1 year ownership review. Wifi/USB module just died. $100 to buy external replacements and USB hubs. HP and Microsoft bloatware still a never ending problem. No true anti-glare screen making daytime usage a pain. Silver keyboard with back-lighting makes no sense (need contrast). Waiting for entire motherboard to fail next... My last Laptop, by others, lasted 10 years without issue...
