Vacuum hose

When you pull it out to use it and the vacuum is on, you can barely pull it out. The suction pulls the hose in so tightly you can’t use it freely. I have to use another vacuum for hose use.

Disappointing!

Parts were falling off each time, bad design and poor quality parts. Brash was replaced twice and keep malfunctioning. Ignorant and very bad customer service. Perhaps it designed for a sterile apartments with no pets, definitely not heavy duty and especially if you have pets. Customer service, please don't reply to my review showing that you care on public asking to contact you, after I contacted you completely disregard and ignore all. If Dyson stands for quality it would honor it. Very disappointed!

I use the hose and the Vacuum Tips over all the time! I feel so bad for my Family who spent the kind of money on this for me on my Birthday!!

Piece of junk
